    El trabajo que se presenta se centra en la labor educativa con los menores que presentan diversas alteraciones afectivo conductuales y en específico lo que manifiestan rasgos de agresividad. Se muestra un estudio realizado sobre las características psicológicas de menores con conducta agresiva como parte de los rasgos de los trastornos de la conducta, las condiciones que conlleva a su aparición, los recursos psicológicos, pedagógicos y sociales que repercuten en su tratamiento a través de un conjuntos de acciones destinadas a este propósito. Las acciones que se proponen están en correspondencia con las manifestaciones conductuales y sus causas; la influencia terapéutica de un especialista preparado con el dominio de diferentes técnicas y de la patología en cuestión para que se pueda obtener os resultados esperados.     En el trabajo se realiza un estudio sobre el proceso de formación y desarrollo de la personalidad de las nuevas generaciones, realizando un análisis de términos claves como: diversidad, individualidad, integración, segregación, homogeneidad, enfoque individual, diferenciado y personalizado, la atención a las diferencias individuales; escuela abierta a la diversidad.
