Peran United Nations Assistance Mission In Afghanistan (Unama) dalam Memberikan Perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia di Afghanistan pada Tahun 2009-2012

This research analyzes the role of United Nations Mission (UNAMA) on protecting the human rights in Afghanistan, especially during 2009 until 2012. Afghanistan is well known with its conflicts. Since the departure of Soviet Union in 1989, Afghanistan has fallen into civil wars. Many groups tried to take the seat of government until the Taliban rose. The Taliban became the most powerful group in Afghanistan until its major defeat in 2002 by Anaconda Operation of United States and its allies. UNAMA has been playing a positive role in Afghanistan since its formation in 2002. In realizing its goal to protect human rights staying respected as mandated in the United Nations Charter, UNAMA is supported by human rights unit. UNAMA is also supported by other international organizations. UNAMA made four priority areas of work in protecting human rights. They are protection civilian,violence against women, peace and reconciliation (transitional justice and impunity), and detention. The datas were collected from many sources like books, journals, and websites that can support this research. In this research, the reseacher uses pluralism perspective to describe the role of UNAMA in Afghanistan. This research is supported by international organization theories. Now days, there are still many people complaining about about the lack of transparency between government and community. The research results show the low level of awareness the peoples in tegal distric. It seen from the number of visitors website as many as 7000-8000 in 2015. And every year can be fluctuative.When compared with the population of productive age in Tegal district, the percentage is still weak, which is only 11% of the population in productive age, amounting to 889 565

Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada Mata Pelajaran Alquran Hadits di MTs. Swasta Teladan Gebang Kab. Langkat

This paper aims to find out how in MTs. Swasta Teladan Gebang Kab. Langkat on Qur'anic Subjects Hadith implements the 2013 Curriculum in the Planning, Implementation and Assessment Phase. The results of this paper that Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in the planning stage is appropriate for the Qur'anic Subjects of Hadith in MTs. Swasta Teladan Gebang Kab. Langkat with learning tools made by teachers, namely syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP).In the implementation phase of the 2013 curriculum, it cannot be carried out directly fully, except with a process and improvements that are carried out in stages. This means that the implementation of learning using the 2013 curriculum can only be done in the superior class, but in the regular class it cannot be carried out maximally. In the assessment phase, the teacher does not experience difficulties in assessing the Qur'anic Hadith subjects, only in the 2013 curriculum are written in detailed formats in carrying out student assessments every day. This format makes the assessment process difficult because the implementation of the assessment covers three aspects, including the assessment of knowledge, skills and attitudes

Vaksinasi sebagai Penanggulangan Pandemi Covid-19 Perspektif Fiqh Islam

Indonesia is currently busy with various efforts in the prevention, treatment, and handling of the Covid-19 virus, one of the efforts made by the government is the covid-19 vaccination, the administration of this vaccine has reaped various responses, starting from receiving it totally, rejecting it. totally and accepting conditionally, the groups that refuse to be vaccinated have various backgrounds, ranging from reasons of health concerns to reasons of religion. This research is an analytic descriptive study using a normative juridical approach. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively with deductive and inductive thinking methods. In the end it can be concluded that the problem of Covid-19 vaccination, which is suspected to contain unclean elements, does not need to be questioned, as long as in medical tests it will not endanger human health or in maqashid language, as long as it reflects hifzh an-nafs or maintains the soul and hfzh an-nasl or maintain humans as a whole

Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Tradisi Tahlilan di Desa Batu Melenggang Kecamatan Hinai

In general, the tradition of praying for the dead is an activity carried out by reading the phrase "Laa Ilaaha Illa Allah". The purpose of the study was to determine the application of Islamic education values in the tradition of praying for the dead in Batu Melenggang Village, Hinai District, Langkat Regency. The research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The object of this research is the villagers of Batu Melenggang, Hinai District. The first data analysis technique examines in depth the problem, then interprets the data and adapts it to the theory, and finally concludes all of the research results. The results of the research on the values of Islamic education in the tradition of praying for the dead are the value of alms, the value of mutual assistance, the value of solidarity, the value of harmony, the value of silaturrahim as ukhuwah Islamiyah, the value of the virtue of dhikrulmaut (remembering death), the value of the virtue of dhikrullah (remembering Allah swt).), elements of da'wah, and health values. Pengaruh Suhu dan Lama Pengempaan pada Pembuatan Papan Partikel dari Batang Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) dengan Perekat Gambir (Uncaria Gambir Roxb.) terhadap Sifat Papan Partikel Influence Of Temperature And Pressing TIME On Particleboard Processing From Palm Oil Trunk (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) And Gambir (Uncaria Gambir Roxb.) Adhesive On Particleboard Properties

Studi on the utilization of Palm oil trunk for particleboard with Gambir as adhesive was conducted in order to know the influence of temperature and pressing time to particleboard properties. Experiments were analyzed by factorial with completely randomized design in 4 temperatures (140ºC, 145ºC, 150ºC and 155ºC) and 4 pressing times (10 min., 12.5 min., 15 min., and 17.5 min.). Particleboard was tested for density, moisture content, water absorption, modulus of rupture, compression strength parallel to the surface and internal bond. Result showed that temperature and pressing time and their interaction have significant influenced to the moisture content while pressing temperature have influenced to the density and modulus of rupture of the particleboard. On the other hand, temperature and pressing time have not significant influenced to water absorption, compression strength parallel to the surface and internal bond. The entire particleboard properties were met Indonesian Standard except water absorption which relatively higher. Optimal condition was attained by combination of pressing temperature of 150ºC and pressing time of 15 min., where the density was 0.77g/cm3, moisture content was 7.60%, water absorption was 56.98%, modulus of rupture was 147 kg/cm2, compression strength to the surface was 68.85kg/cm2 and internal bond was 8.26 kg/cm2
