    This study aims to determine the feasibility of revenue and oyster mushrooms in the village of the District Mpanau Biromaru Sigi. The research was conducted on oyster mushroom businesses located in the village of the District Mpanau Biromaru Sigi. Respondents consisted of 1 employee that business owners oyster mushrooms. The results showed that the income earned on oyster mushroom business in October IDR. 2,217,732 oyster mushroom businesses gain and deserve to be developed with a value of R/C of 1.73 indicates that any expenditure of IDR. 1.00 will earn revenue of IDR. 1.73

    Penggunaan Augmented Reality dan Perilaku Konsumen dalam Berbelanja Kosmetik Selama Pandemi Covid-19

    Industri kosmetik di Indonesia saat ini masih terus mengalami perkembangan, meskipun terjadi penurunan minat penggunaan kosmetik di awal kemunculan pandemi virus Covid-19. Perkembangan ini masih terjadi akibat sifat dasar yang melekat pada seseorang untuk tetap tampil menawan baik karena naluri dari dalam diri mereka maupun karena tuntutan dari pekerjaan. Pandemi Covid-19, membuat Perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang sebelumnya cenderung melakukan pembelanjaan kosmetik secara offline menjadi sebagian besar online. Karena Perubahan perilaku tersebut, semakin besar pelaku kosmetik offline yang merubah strategi penjualan mereka dengan melakukan penjualan online terutama dengan menggunakan e-commerce. Karena tingginya pelaku industi kosmetik maka beberapa Perusahaan melakukan inovasi dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan AR (Augmented Reality) pada e-commerce untuk melakukan penjualan. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan Augmented Reality dalam bidang kosmetik saat pandemi covid-19 serta bagaimana perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja kosmetik saat pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan e-commerce Shopee dalam penelitian yang dilakukan dan mendapatkan 3 brand kosmetik yang memenuhi syarat yang menerapkan Augmented Reality dalam menawarkan produk kosmetik brand tersebut adalah Loreal, Maybelline dan NYX. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan survei online pada pengguna kosmetik diatas 18 tahun yang pernah menggunakan Augmented Reality pada e-commerce Shopee saat pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung di Indonesia.     The Impact of Translation Techniques on Translation Methods of Qur'an Translation of Indonesian Ministry of Religion on Fawatih Al-Suwar

    This research aims to explore the impact of the translation techniques on translation methods of Qur'an translation of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion on Fawatih al-Suwar. To collect data, observation and focused group discussion were conducted. The results of the analysis revealed that there are 11 translation techniques applied. The most dominant technique in this analysis is the established equivalent technique because it cannot be separated from the context. The finding from the analysis showed that the communicative method is the most oriented method. It can be proven by knowing the average total of the translation techniques. For communicative method, it has a percentage of 96,30% translation techniques. Then the rest of 3,70% of translation techniques reflect faithful method

    The Impact of Corporate Governance and Stakeholder Engagement on Organizational Resilience in Kuwaiti Islamic Financial Institutions

    Corporate governance and stakeholder engagement are vital in enhancing organizational resilience. Nevertheless, very little has been done to evaluate how they impact the organizational resilience of Kuwaiti Islamic Financial Institutions (KIFIs). Using mixed research method, the current study evaluated how the two variables (corporate governance and stakeholder engagement) impacted the resilience of KIFIs against adverse events. A sample of 120 research participants was recruited randomly from KIFIs’ employees to participate in the quantitative part of the study. Thirty-five (35) research participants from the 120 research participants were also recruited randomly to participate in the qualitative part of the study. A positive correlation that was statistically significant (r = 0.591, p < 0.5) was identified between corporate governance and organizational resilience of Kuwaiti IFIs. Similarly, a statistically significant positive correlation (r = 0.589, p < 0.5) was identified between stakeholder engagement and organizational resilience of Kuwaiti IFIs. A unit increase in corporate governance variable was found to increase the resilience of Kuwaiti IFIs by 0.42 units whereas a unit increase in stakeholder engagement increased it by 0.367 units. The findings were supported by the qualitative findings that highlighted the notable impact that corporate governance and stakeholder engagement had on organizational resilience of Kuwaiti IFIs. The study concluded that both corporate governance and stakeholder engagement had positive impact organizational resilience of Kuwaiti IFIs.
