    Non-Abelian statistics in the interference noise of the Moore-Read quantum Hall state

    We propose noise oscillation measurements in a double point contact, accessible with current technology, to seek for a signature of the non-abelian nature of the \nu=5/2 quantum Hall state. Calculating the voltage and temperature dependence of the current and noise oscillations, we predict the non-abelian nature to materialize through a multiplicity of the possible outcomes: two qualitatively different frequency dependences of the nonzero interference noise. Comparison between our predictions for the Moore-Read state with experiments on \nu=5/2 will serve as a much needed test for the nature of the \nu=5/2 quantum Hall state.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures v2: typo's corrected, discussions clarified, references adde

    Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) adalah instrumen hukum yang memberikan perlindungan hak pada seseorangatau organisasi atas segala hasil kreativitas dan perwujudan karya intelektual serta memberikan hak kepadapemilik untuk menikmati keuntungan ekonomi dari kepemilikan hak tersebut. Hasil karya intelektual tersebutdalam praktek dapat berwujud penemuan di bidang teknologi atau ciptaan di bidang seni dan sastra, merek, dansebagainya. Paten merupakan salah satu jenis dari HKI.Pusat Pengkajian Teknologi dan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual adalah suatu unit kerja di bawah Badan PengkajianKebijakan, Iklim, dan Mutu Industri, Kementerian Perindustrian. Salah satu fungsinya ialah memfasilitasi danmengkomersialisasikan HKI di balai-balai litbang industri. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kompetensi penelitibalai litbang industri memahami dan menerapkan paten, pada tahun 2010 telah dilakukan survey denganmengambil sampel 42 (empatpuluh dua) responden yang mewakili balai-balai litbang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden umumnya sudah mengenal paten, namun pemahaman teknisakan jangka perlindungan paten dan kriteria invensi yang dapat memperoleh paten masih relatif kurang.Penguasaan responden terhadap informasi paten dan public domain relatif sedang, tetapi masih memerlukanbimbingan dan akses yang lebih luas tentang manfaat informasi paten. Informasi paten belum dimanfaatkansecara maksimal, hanya sebagian kecil responden yang memanfaatkan informasi paten sebagai inspirasi dalammelakukan litbang. Yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan adalah IPDL (situs jaringan DJHKI). Sebagian penelitimelakukan penelitian atas dasar tugas atasan dan dalam rangka memenuhi angka kredit peneliti, belummenunjukkan keseriusan untuk menghasilkan sesuatu invensi yang baru dan mengandung unsur inventif.     Indonesia is rich in biodiversities, and one of them is mangos teen (Garcinia mangostana L.). Mangos teen is one of many exportedcommodities in Indonesia, but the volume of the export is less than 10 percent of its total production because of the quality is understandard. The situation definitely makes farmers can't improve their income. So it is useful to look for applied technologies to increasevalue of mangos teen fruits. The objective of this article is to discuss: (1) The mangos teen in order to know several advantages ofxanthenes and how to get that nutrient.(2) The way how to improve the quality of the manggosteen in order to increase the export.The method used library research and analyzed descriptively.     Thispaperexaminesthe decisionaboutthe null andvoidwithout anarrestwarrant (the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 69/PUU-X/2012). From the results of the discussion suggests that the Criminal Code does not provide an explanation of the term “null and void”. The term “null and void” in the sense of directing an action does not match the Criminal Procedure Code. Criminal Procedure Code provides limitatif limits on detention, both for conditions of detention, agency/law enforcement detain and duration of detention, where errors in detention may be submitted claim for compensation. Constitutional Court Decision No. 69/PUU-X/2012 dated 22 November 2012 stating that the court decision does not comply with Article 197 paragraph (1) Criminal Code specifically on the restraining order was not void is not appropriate, because the terms of the restraining order is necessary for the detention status of the accused, whether fixed detained or released or against the accused who were not arrested were ordered to be detained. Court decisions that do not comply with Article 197 paragraph (1) Criminal Code specifically about a restraining order is null and void. Against the decision of the void can be corrected by the court restraining order stating thereon

    Kriptografi Metode WAKE merupakan salah satu metode yang telah digunakan secara komersial. WAKE merupakan singkatan dari Word Auto Key Encryption. Metode ini ditemukan oleh David Wheeler pada tahun 1993 dan merupakan salah satu algoritma stream cipher yang cepat dalam implementasinya dalam perangkat lunak. Metode ini menggunakan kunci 128 bit, plaintext 32 bit dan sebuah tabel 256 x 32 bit. Dalam algoritmanya, metoda ini menggunakan operasi XOR, AND, OR dan Shift Right. Inti dari metode WAKE terletak pada proses pembentukan tabel S-Box dan proses pembentukan kunci. Tabel S-Box dari metode WAKE bersifat fleksibel dan berbeda-beda untuk setiap putaran.
