    AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and communication on employee performance. The purpose of this research is the employees of UD Sumber Rejaki Konang Bangkalan. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique. it can be concluded that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, which partly comes from changes in motivation that affect employee performance. While the part that comes from the communication variable has an effect on employee performance.     ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee work discipline at Sardo Swalayan, located at Jalan Gajayana no.500, Dinoyo, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java 65145. The method used is a quantitative method used to examine a population or specific sample that aims to explain the position of each variable and its effect between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by spreading Likert scale kusieoner to Sardo Shopping Shop Employees City of Malang supermarket. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 49 respondents.     Abstract This study aims to observe the impact of labor discipline and service exceptional of village workplace personnel on network delight in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. The population in this study was the entire community of Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, amounting to 2,348. The sample in this study used Slovin's theory with the number of samples obtained, namely 96 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach. Based on testing using simultaneous F-test evaluation, the results showed that there has been a extensive impact among the X variables (work discipline and service quality) simultaneously on the Y variable (community satisfaction) in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, and the outcomes of the partial t-test.     AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and work compensation on the performance of employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Malang Martadinata Branch during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The location of this research was conducted on employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Malang Martadinata Branch. This research is a quantitative research. This study uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Malang Martadinata Branch who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that work flexibility and work compensation have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions and affect the performance of employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Malang Martadinata Branch. Furthermore, the results of the t-test indicate that work flexibility and work compensation partially have a significant and positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Malang Martadinata Branch.     Abstract Many factors influence consumers in making purchasing decisions until consumers decide to make purchasing decisions. To find out how far the factors of location, price, brand image and quality of service on purchasing decisions at Suaco Malang. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) simultaneously, the variables of location, price, brand image and service quality had an effect on purchasing decisions. (2) location has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. (3) the price variable has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. (4) the brand image variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. (5) the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the more strategic location and price are not factors that determine consumers in making purchasing decisions, consumers make purchasing decisions based on factors such as brand image and good service quality and supported by other factors. Keywords: Location, Price, Brand Image, Service Quality, Purchase Decision

    AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe education, training, use of information technology, and employee performance at the Malang Regional Coordinating Board, as well as to analyze the benefits of education, training, use of information technology and its effect on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is causal associative, while the population in this study were all employees of the Malang Regional Coordinating Board, amounting to 41 employees. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, namely all employees of the Malang Regional Coordination Board. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that education, training and the use of information technology simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Malang Regional Coordination Board's employees. Partially, the education variable and the use of technology have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Malang Regional Coordination Board's employees. The sample in this study amounted to 46 respondents.     AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and the environment on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Petong Cafe & Art House. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is path analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample was obtained by 64 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have a significant and positive effect. While the results of the intervening test showed that customer satisfaction was able to mediate the relationship between service quality and the environment on customer loyalty Petong Cafe & Art House.     ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was used to determine how the influence of kaizen culture, training and communication on employee performance at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency, East Java. In this study, four variables are used, namely kaizen culture variables, training and communication which are independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. Whereas in this study the number of respondents was 43 respondents. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the kaizen culture, training and communication simultaneously had an effect on employee performance.
