    : The Implementation of LARASITA Program In The Restructuring Of Land Administration. (Study at National Land Agency of Malang District) Many lands are uncertified in the region of Malang District. Great distance to afford BPN Office of Malang District makes the community to hesitate themselves from administering their land. The objective of research is to describe the implementation of LARASITA program in the restructuring of land administration at BPN in delivering the service to the community and to analyze the supporting and constraining factors. Research type is descriptive with qualitative approach. The description of the implementation of LARASITA Program in this research is focused on the matters related to land certification service which include: the regulation, the authority and responsibility of the implementing organization, the procedure of certificate making service, the document of administration, and the factors supporting and constraining the implementation of program. Result of research indicates that LARASITA Program is a progressive step by BPN of Malang District to facilitate the administration of land certificate for the community in the remote area

    Prototipe Sistem Otomatis pada Lampu Berbasis Sel Surya yang Terintregasi Blocking Oscillator

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain sistem otomatis pada lampu berbasis sel surya yang terintegrasi blocking oscillator serta menyelidiki pengaruh jumlah lilitan terhadap daya keluaran dari sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, yaitu suatu metode yang harus melewati serangkaian tahap. Sistem iini kemudian dipasang teknologi BO dan sel surya dengan baterai 3,7 v. Diharapan LED dapat tetap menyala ketika sel surya tidak terkena cahaya dan LED tidak menyala serta terjadi proses pengisian baterai ketika sel surya terkena cahaya. Efisiensi kinerja sistem secara keseluruhan di observasi dan mendapatkan jumlah lilitan yang optimal pada sistem. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tegangan keluaran dari sistem mencapai 4 kali lipat dari tegangan masukan, serta jumlah lilitan mempengaruhi kinerja sistem ini dan didapatkan jumlah lilitan yang optimal yaitu Np = 30 dan Ns = 27

    The objective of this study was to evaluate the organoleptic characteristic of old laying meat immersed in pineapple peel extract (Ananas comusus L. Merr). The materials used in this study were 25 birds of the age of 24 months old and the extract of 10 pineapple peels. The Completely Randomized Design was applied in this study, involving the organoleptic test measurement with hedonic scale and untrained panelist of 40 peoples. Treatments were involving immersion of old laying meat in pineapple peel extract with levels:R0 = Without immersion in pineapple peel extract; R1 = Immersion in pineapple peel extract during 1 hour; R2 = Immersion in pineapple peel extract during 2 hours; R3 = Immersion in pineapple peel extract during 3 hours; R4 = Immersion in pineapple peel extract during 4 hours. Analysis of variance were used for organoleptic test and showed that treatments affected significantly (P<0.01) the colour, flavour, tenderness, texture, and taste of ald laying meat. Study indicated that panelists preferred the texture and tenderness of laying meat immersed during one hour in pineapple extract however they preferred the meat colour and taste without immersion.Keywords: Laying meat, pineapple peel, organolepti
