En el presente proyecto de investigación, Plan estratégico para mejorar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personal en el grupo empresarial Oleoflores S.A, el cual es desarrollado mediante plan estratégico que permita mejorar el reclutamiento y selección del personal en la organización, con el objetivo de proponer alternativas, programas y planes que al ser implementados contribuyan a la correcta selección de personal. Por lo anterior se permite desarrollar en esta organización la importancia de la competencia laboral y sus vacantes, es necesario buscar acciones que permita dar respuesta en pro de agilizar los diferentes procesos de reclutamiento y elección del personal dan cumplimiento al ejercicio donde su fin es seleccionar al personal humano apto para desempeñarse dentro de la empresa y cumpla con las expectativas, funciones y, por ende, lograr la estabilidad laboral y además el buen funcionamiento.In this research project, Strategic Plan to improve the recruitment and selection process of personnel in the Oleoflores SA business group, which is developed through a strategic plan that allows improving the recruitment and selection of personnel in the organization, with the objective of propose alternatives, programs and plans that when implemented contribute to the correct selection of personnel. Due to the above, it is allowed to develop in this organization the importance of labor competence and its vacancies, it is necessary to seek actions that allow to respond in favor of streamlining the different processes of recruitment and selection of personnel comply with the exercise where its purpose is to select the Human personnel suitable to perform within the company and meet the expectations, functions and, therefore, achieve job stability and also proper functioning
