Organization and development of surgical rehabilitation of patients with traumas and their effects
Objective: To improve the efficiency of surgical rehabilitation of patients with traumas, their effects. Materials and methods: Short-term and follow-up results of the surgical treatment of patients with traumas and their effects have been analyzed. Statistical research methods have been used. Results: the efficiency of medical technologies during the early rehabilitation of patients has been demonstrated. Conclusion: Adoption of the most efficient medical technologies of general surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with traumas and their effects in daily practice provides high-grade restoration of the extremity's function, shortening of treatment period, decrease in number of complications and invalidis
О необходимости эколого-гигиенического мониторинга автотранспортных потоков
This article shows that the current roads are considered in conjunction with the environment as an ecological-economic system “roads — road transport — environment”. This approach allows us to estimate the ecological safety of roads in a view of the climatic and economic features of the territories (from protected areas — to very large industrial centers with a high concentration of various industrial sectors), through which the road is paved. However, the development and use of environmental-health monitoring throughout the impact of roads on the overall situation of pollution is not allocated. Our research paying attention to the fallacy of such an approach.В настоящее время автодороги рассматриваются в комплексе с окружающей средой как эколого-экономическая система «автомобильные дороги — автомобильный транспорт — окружающая среда». Такой подход позволяет оценить экологическую безопасность автодорог с учетом природно-климатических и хозяйственных особенностей территорий (от особо охраняемых природных территорий до очень крупных промышленных центров с большой концентрацией различных отраслей индустрии), через которые эти дороги проложены. Однако при создании и использовании эколого-гигиенического мониторинга на всей территории влияние автомобильных дорог на общую обстановку загрязнения не выделяется. Наши исследования обращают внимание на ошибочность такого подхода
Siderophore‑antibiotic conjugates: structural diversity and antibacterial activity
Due to uncontrolled growth of antimicrobial resistance, in the near future humanity may return to the «pre-antibiotic era» with no reliable antimicrobial therapy even for previously easily treatable infectious diseases. One of possible solutions is improved delivery of antibiotics to antibiotic-resistant bacterial strains by conjugating them with siderophores (small molecules secreted by microorganisms to absorb essential Fe(III)). The siderophore-modified antibiotic (sideromycin), like a Trojan horse, permeates the bacterial cell as a complex with Fe(III), allowing the antibiotic to reach its biological target. In this review, we describe the structural diversity of siderophore-antibiotic conjugates with the focus on the structure of sideromycin as well as on the relationship between the structure of sideromycin and its antibacterial activity. X-ray diffraction is used to determine the structure of a new 3-(benzo[d]oxazole-2-yl)-1-(2-(1,3,3- trimethylindoline-2-ylidene)ethylidene)naphthalene-2(1H)-one zinc chloride complex 1. It is demonstrated that the ligand molecule in complex 1 has a trans–trans–cis conformation in which the indoline nitrogen atom is oriented in the same direction as the chelate ring, which could promote an additional coordination with the complexing atom. © 2018, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd
