OBJECTIVE: This study aims to systematically assess physical exercise-related symptoms of post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC or long COVID) in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) survivors. METHODS: Eight databases were systematically searched on March 03, 2024. Original studies that compared physical exercise-related parameters measured by exercise testing between COVID-19 survivors who recovered from SARS-CoV-2 infection over 3 months and non-COVID-19 controls were included. A random-effects model was utilized to determine the mean differences (MDs) or standardized MDs in the meta-analysis. RESULTS: A total of 40 studies with 6241 COVID-19 survivors were included. The 6-min walk test, maximal oxygen consumption (VO CONCLUSION: The findings suggest an underestimation of the manifestations of PASC. COVID-19 survivors also harbor physical exercise-related symptoms of PASC that can be determined by the exercise testing and are distinct from those observed at rest. Exercise testing should be included while evaluating the symptoms of PASC in COVID-19 survivors

In the zwitterionic title compound, C18H17Br4N3O2, the two salicylaldimine groups form a dihedral angle of 51.94 (2)° and the dihedral angle between the aromatic ring planes is 51.14 (2)°. One of the C atoms adjacent to the aza N atom is disordered over two positions; the site-occupancy factors are 0.51 (1) and 0.49 (1). There are two strong intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds in the molecule

Residue theorem and summing over Kaluza-Klein excitations

Applying the equations of motion together with corresponding boundary conditions of bulk profiles at infrared and ultraviolet branes, we verify some lemmas on the eigenvalues of Kaluze-Klein modes in framework of warped extra dimension with the custodial symmetry SU(3)c×SU(2)L×SU(2)R×U(1)X×PLRSU(3)_c\times SU(2)_L\times SU(2)_R\times U(1)_X\times P_{LR}. Using the lemmas and performing properly analytic extensions of bulk profiles, we present the sufficient condition for a convergent series of Kaluze-Klein excitations and sum over the series through the residue theorem. The method can also be applied to sum over the infinite series of Kaluze-Klein excitations in unified extra dimension. Additional, we analyze the possible connection between the propagators in five dimensional full theory and the product of bulk profiles with corresponding propagators of exciting Kaluze-Klein modes in four dimensional effective theory, and recover some relations presented in literature for warped and unified extra dimensions respectively. As an example, we demonstrate that the corrections from neutral Higgs to the Wilson coefficients of relevant operators for B→XsγB\rightarrow X_s\gamma contain the suppression factor mb3ms/mw4m_b^3m_s/m_{_{\rm w}}^4 comparing with that from other sectors, thus can be neglected safely.Comment: 44 pages, no figur

The title binuclear ZnII compound, [Zn2(C12H9O3)4(H2O)2], is centrosymmetric. Each Zn atom is coordinated by two bridging 2-naphthoxyacetate anions, one terminal 2-naphthoxyacetate anion and one water molecule in a distorted ZnO4 tetrahedral geometry. The naphthalene system of the bridging ligand is nearly perpendicular to the naphthalene of the terminal ligand, with a dihedral angle of 78.26 (6)°. Within the binuclear molecule the Zn⋯Zn separation is 3.815 (5) Å. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding between the water molecule and carboxylate groups helps to stabilize the crystal structure
