Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis of Two Types of Greenhouse in Humid Climates in Optimizing Air Flow Distribution for Organic Food Production in Times of Pandemic

    Get PDF
In a greenhouse we find multiple variables that have great impacts on crops, for this a CFD model is built to simulate microclimate distribution and obtain optimal climate control for the growth of the crop. Analyzes of solar heat gains, heat losses, and temperature and air distributions for each special moment provide a good guide for product selection. In the CFD simulation the greenhouse volume and wind speed will be obtained for an optimal temperature distribution. The time required for maintenance, the need for sensor calibration, natural deterioration, and unexpected failures will have to be taken into account. The analyzes show a comparison between various variations of the air flow velocity in 0.5 m / s, 1 m / s and 1.5 m / s in two different models of greenhouses, which we will obtain the optimal model for the development and elaboration of a greenhouse. Demonstrating the efficiency of CFD models for the design, simulation and application of greenhouses

This study analyzes the level of performance of higher education students in constructivist learning in research based on a two-factor analysis using inferential statistics. In the development of the process, use is made of statistical data organized in tables, carrying out double hypothesis tests in a characterization at the National University of Callao on students from the Faculty of Fisheries and Food Engineering. The National University of Callao is a public institution with a large percentage of students from other nearby and even distant districts from Lima and Callao in Peru. The investigation with inferential statistics, seven tests and statistical results led us to conclude that it is possible to improve the performance of higher education students through constructivist learning since only 5% of the total students failed to improve their performanc

The objective of the investigation was: To determine the effect of the application of the university investigation program to improve the investigation capacities in the students of cycle VIII, IX and X of the different faculties of the National University of San Mart铆nTarapoto. From this perspective, it has been hypothesized that the application of a university research program produces significant effects in the improvement of research capacities in students of cycle VIII, IX and X of the various faculties of the National University of San Mart铆n-Tarapoto. The explanatory study, of the experimental level, of the quasi-experimental design, has been carried out with a sample of 187 students from the various faculties of the UNSM-T. The comparison of the pre and post test scores, obtained from the students' responses, has allowed us to reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis, which shows that: The application of the university's research program significantly influences the improvement of research capacities, dimensions: Epistemological, methodological and transformational criticism of the students of the different faculties of the National University of San Mart铆n-Tarapoto

Voltage Stability Analysis based on Power Voltage (P-V) and Reactive Voltage (Q-V) Curves in Transmission Lines Using Static Var Compensator (SVC) with the Power Factory Program

Due to the great demand for energy, electrical power systems, when subjected to voltage stress, present voltage instability, generating blackouts in the system with economic losses and in the components. Through a static approach, the P-V and Q-V curves are widely used in operation studies, planning that allow us to detect the weakest bus in the system to obtain the exact location in which to connect the SVC to compensate with reactive power in order to have system voltage stability. Through this article, we evaluate a voltage stability study on the IEEE-9 bus with the Dig-Silent Power Factory 2020 program in order to compensate the system with reactive power
