The paper reveals the topography contribution to the rehabilitation and modernization of infrastructure for road transport. Specifically, the surveying contribution in this case consisted of: bringing in the work area of new points needed to trace and for detail surveying; the processing of data gathered from the field resulted a significant amount of information with topo-cadastral interest; graphic representation of all elements measured and processed according to the needs and desired aspects to be highlighted

TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS CARRIED FOR DRAWING GENERAL URBAN PLAN OF A VILLAGE FOR AGROTOURISTIC ARRANGEMENT

The paper aims at presenting a methodology and surveying equipment and technical documentation needed for the general urban plan, indispensable for agrotouristic arrangement works of a settlement. The investigations undertaken have shown that for preparing fast, accurate and detailed urban plan for the studied locality was necessary use of modern surveying technology, such as GPS technology, completed with the total station for surveying the details. It was also found that only use of such a method could produce a unitary and accurate urban plan with high efficiency, compliant with all requirements and technical standards imposed by law, for such work of great importance and complexity.Having the plan and technical data gathered from the field can be achieved in the best conditions a design and implementation at the highest level, of agrotouristical arrangement works in the locality

Aim of the work consisted of planimetric raising of immovable property from built and extravilan area of Mischii Commune, Dolj county. The total area of Mischii was divided into 25 cadastral sectors, including real estates of territorial administrative unit (UAT) area.Given the particularities of area of UAT Mischii was necessary planting 12 new topographical points, evidenced by concrete landmarks located in six distinct areas within the UAT. Rising network consists of 42 points that will be used in the future to work in adjacent areas or to any verifications or audits. Measurement of all properties was an advantage, whereas this could be achieved and verifying the properties with sporadically cadastral documentation

The purpose of this topographic survey study is scientifically show a new methodology for the technical documentation preparation of a forestry properties, based on the combined application of technology, using GPS Topcon GR3 receivers and Topcon total station 3005LN, to obtain its inclusion in the Land Registry, at the request of Forestry Department Dolj. For this purpose was taken into study area from forest planning UP IV ViiĹźoara Forestry Office Amaradia, Dolj County, for which all data were collected on the ground, after which they were processed with specialized software Excel 2003 and TOPOSYS 7, obtaining the coordinates of all contour points in stereo 1970 and finally was drawn location and delimitation plan for the four properties at 1:2000 scale with AutoCAD 2002

THE SUPPLY TENDENCY OF ROMANIAN AGRITOURISM

    Get PDF
In this paper, we will examine the Romanian agritourism from the perspectives of supply for agritourism in comparison with those of Romanian tourism markets in general. In Romania, a rural tourist infrastructure with small dimension accommodation functions (agritourist and tourist guesthouses) was developed with priority. If we compare the evolution of the number of agritourist guesthouses to that of the total number of tourist structures in Romania, the significant rhythm of growth (+2472.13 %) is noticeable in the case of agritourist guesthouses compared to the growth (+96.32%) registered by the total number of tourist accommodation structures existent in Romania. Following only the agritourist guesthouses by comparison of their number to the accommodation capacity, in the analyzed dynamics it is apparent that rhythms of growth decreased in the number of units, but increased in accommodation capacities. Thus, the number of units increases by +2472.13 %and the accommodation capacity existent increases by +8168.96% respectively +9302.73%

In the past 20 years, along with the exponential growth of computer science, have developed devices, technologies and means that have led to increased accuracy for determining the elements measured decrease the time required for data acquisition and processing in topographic measurements hence the time required of preparing the cadastral documentation. Practically every year there are new devices and software for data processing and representation of the terrestrial measurements or theirs improved versions. The paper presents the case study of a property detachment situated in the Agigea commune, Lazu village, T12, A428/2/1/2/1, Constanta County.INTRODUCTIO
