Growth and fluorescence properties of Tm3+ doped YVO4 and Y2O3 single crystals
No full textThis work is focused on the growth and the analysis of the potentials of Tm3+ doped YVO4 and Y2O3 single crystals for diode-pumped laser emission around the 1.5 μm eye safe laser wavelength.
