    Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Mekatronika Berbasis Komputer Pokok Bahasan Programmable Logic Controller Berorientasi pada Pembelajaran Langsung

    Program Logic Controller is subject that many complaints by students of Department of Mechanical Engineering FT-Unesa. This is due to the lack of learning devices are used so that learning becomes less favorable and become passive. This study aims to develop computer-based learning device mechatronics subject-oriented programmable logic controller directly on student learning Mechanical Engineering Department Unesa FT. This study was conducted in two phases. Phase I, the development of the learning refers to the design of the Model 4D Thiagarajan (1974), Phase II, trial learning in the classroom using a design of one group pretest-posttest design. The findings of the study: (1) an average score of 3.32 learning assessment tools (pretty good), (2) average scores on tests of learning implementation I of 3.59 (good) and trials II of 3.70 (both ), (3) student learning outcomes of cognitive and psychomotor aspects have achieved individually and classical mastery, (4) students showed a positive response to the stated learning tehadap interested, excited, and motivated to attend lectures mechatronics; activity of the most dominant college students are discussin /practices relevant to teaching and learning that is on trial I is 36.46% and trials II 38.19%. Based on the analysis of data, it can be concluded that the developed learning feasible for use in lectures mechatronics.     Developing Computer Assisted Media of Pneumatic System Learning Oriented to Industrial Demands

    This study aimed to develop learning media of pneumatic systems based on computer-assisted learning as an effort to improve the competence of students at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering UNESA. The development method referred to the 4D model design of Thiagarajan comprising the steps of: define, design, develop, and desseminate. The results showed that the expert validation average score included in both categories was 3.54, indicating the learning application acceptable. A limited test showed effective results, namely: (a) Analysis of the data included in the category of learning was good (3.64), indicated by students\u27 enthusiasm in the learning process; (b) Teaching learning activities were categorized as good, the students actively involved in learning, and the most dominant activity was doing tasks while discussing; (c) Learning objectives were both achieved individually and classically; (d) The students showed a positive response expressed by the students\u27 interest, excitement, and motivation to follow the learning process

    Automatic Wheel Chairs with Ergonomic Design as Alternative Support Therapy Stroke Patient

    The purpose The purpose of this study is to create a hybrid electric wheelchair that can be driven electrically and manually as a therapy of stroke patients to perform activities independently. Method The method used to produce wheelchair in this study is QFD (Quality Function Deployment). It is made based on the conditions and desires of patients with stroke. Voice of Customer (VOC) of them becomes an input in making Ergonomic Wheelchair with Easy to Use, Hybrid, Flexible and Knockdown. Results, The results show that the hybrid's can help stroke patients because it is designed based on human body size or anthropometry in Indonesia and based on ISO 7176-5 standard. The driver used is a 12V DC wiper motor, controlled by a BLDC controller. The Findings The findings of this study are the hybrid's drives that can be electrically driven and manual.     “Fish Box Perltier Cooler” Fish Colling Box Equipped With Peltier Electric Cooler (Pec)

    The Purpose The purpose of this study is to provide solutions of SMEs D.SadewaKenjeran Beach related to traditional storage of marine fish products that is still using ice cubes as a cooler in the box of fishes storage. Method The method used by using Peltier Electric Cooler (PEC) in the box of fishes storage to produce stable temperature. The PEC box control system is equipped with Arduino and programmed with CX programmer. It is designed to accommodate 15kg of fish per process. Result The expected result is to improve the stability of the cooling process (below 100C), the growth of bacteria will be slower so that the product can last longer. So the productivity of SMEs can be increased 2 times with the capacity of box 15 kg of fishes. The Finding The findings of this study are the usage of 15 kg PEC box fish with Arduino CX Programmer temperature control system as a solution of storage problems of marine fish products.     The Purpose of this study is to provide solution problems in SMEs Village SepandeSidoarjo regency about conventional yeast drying process in the sun that is not necessarily good or bad weather conditions and long drying time. Method This tool method is designed to resemble a house that has 9 shelves in zigzag and transparent acrylic house walls, with hybrid energy system integrated ETC (ElectricalTemperature Control ). this tool is designed with a capacity of 25 kg yeast katul per process. Result, Expected results are to improve and maintain the drying temperature stability (above 40â—¦C) and food security (Hygienic), designed by semi-automatic system using electric motors and ETC technology as control system so that productivity increases by 25 kg and effectiveness in machining. The findings of this research is that the tool is designed with Hybrid system ie solar energy and LPG gas infrared stove and ETC technology (Electrical TemperatureControl ) as solution of drying time.     Processing Machine and Puncher Herbal Medicine Sinom with Thermocoolersonification TECHNOLOGY Based on Microcontroller

    The purpose The purpose of this study is to provide information available in SMEs UnikSinom the process of processing the materials still using the traditional way. Method The method used is to utilize Technology Termocoolersonifikasi as beverage processing. This technology is equipped with Microcontroller which is also integrated with Ohmic Heating, Spiral Pipe Fast Fluid Cooling System, UV lamp generator, and Multivalve Filler System that is able to assist the beverage processing. In addition, this machine is also equipped with ETC (Electric Temperature Control) which serves as a beverage temperature controller to stay awake at the safe limit (70ËšC). Results The expected result is the increased production of herbal medicine due to the better processing process so as to increase the productivity as much as 300% which originally about 90 liters / day can increase up to 270 liters / day. Findings The findings of this study are the use of Microcontroller based Termocoolersonification Technology as solution of processing of herbal medicine and the use of ETC (Electric Temperature Control) as a temperature controller on herbal medicine drinks.
