    Effect of the material of primary packaging containers on providing of visual inspection of pharmaceutical products

    Introduction:Today all over the world requirements to drug quality have become more and more strict and its evaluation is one of the most important tasks. Usually input quality control of medicines and other groups of goods is carried out organoleptically (mainly visually) by authorized persons of pharmaceutical establishments. Primary packaging is one of the most critical components in this process, because it strongly influences on possibility of visual control of goods and, of coarse, it should be transparent. Aim:The aim of this article was to analyze primary packaging of some drugs and possibility of their identification and quality evaluation.Materials and Methods:Objects of this study were primary packages of 65 randomly taken drugs produced by some leading manufacturers in different dosage forms. Inspection analysis of quality of the researched medicinal products was provided in 8 steps: checking of the accompanying documents, checking quantity of the goods, organoleptic control of packaging, checking of labeling, checking of barcodes, checking of completeness, visual control of a product, composing of documentation for acceptance of the goods.Results and Conclusion:All investigated drugs passed the first 6 stages of inspection analysis positively. 46 samples among 65 (or 71%) could not be visually controlled (stage 7) and their appearance was impossible to check because of non-transparency of the containers. If in terms of dosage forms 53% of studied tablet drugs, 88% of eye drops and 100% of suppositories can not be evaluated visually

    В работе представлены результаты исследования влияния различных наполнителей, которые вводятся в глину при изготовлении кирпичей для быстровозводимой защиты от ионизирующего излучения. Для определения линейных и массовых коэффициентов ослабления использована база данных NIST XCOM. Показано изменение коэффициента массового ослабления при изменении концентрации элементов, вводимых в матрицу глиняного кирпича. Проведен сравнительный анализ свойств вводимых элементов. Рассмотрены несколько составов глины, образованных в основном за счет различных массовых коэффициентов ослабления для глины.The paper presents the results of a study of the effect of various fillers, which are introduced into clay in the manufacture of bricks for fast-built protection against ionizing radiation. The NIST XCOM database was used to determine the linear and mass attenuation factors. The change in the coefficient of mass attenuation with a change in the concentration of the introduced elements introduced into the clay brick matrix is shown. A comparative analysis of the properties of the introduced elements is carried out. Several clay compositions are considered, mainly due to different mass attenuation coefficients for the clay

    Organizational Modeling and Measures for Economic Security Ensuring on the Old Industrial Regions Example

    В современных реалиях ограничения рынков сбыта и снижения темпов роста региональных экономик возникает потребность трансформировать теорию экономической безопасности в практику регионального управления. Целью статьи является разработка модели организационного механизма обеспечения экономической безопасности региона с выделением ключевых бизнес-процессов его формирования и реализации на стратегическом и тактическом уровне управления, а также комплекса мер по обеспечению экономической безопасности в соответствии с полномочиями региональных органов власти. Модель сформирована на основе функционального подхода к теории экономических механизмов и правил моделирования бизнес-процессов. Она включает субъекты управления, необходимые нормативные документы, источники данных и иные вспомогательные объекты, сопровождающие этапы управления безопасностью, а также определения необходимых мер по обеспечению безопасности. Апробация элементов модели проведена на примере старопромышленных регионов России с областными центрами городами-миллионниками. Оценка экономической безопасности на основе статистики за 2018–2021 гг. показала нахождение регионов в зоне реализации угроз. С учетом региональной специфики для ряда из них предложены общеэкономические меры и направления обеспечения экономической безопасности. Полученные результаты направлены на поддержку управленческих решений органов региональной власти в части обеспечения экономической безопасности регионаCurrently, there is a restriction of sales markets and a decrease in the growth rates of regional economies. Therefore, there is a need to transform the theory of economic security into the practice of regional management. The purpose of the article is to develop a model of the organizational mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the region. To do this, it is necessary to determine the key business processes of its formation and implementation at the strategic and tactical management level, as well as a set of measures to ensure economic security in accordance with the powers of regional authorities. The model is formed on the basis of a functional approach to the theory of economic mechanisms and business process modeling rules. It includes control subjects, necessary regulatory documents, data sources and other auxiliary objects that accompany the stages of security management and determination of necessary security measures. Approbation of the elements of the model on the example of old industrial regions of Russia with regional centers – cities with a population of millions was carried out. The assessment of economic security was carried out on the basis of statistics for 2018–2021, it showed that the regions are in the zone of threats. Taking into account the regional specifics for a number of them, general economic measures and directions for ensuring economic security are proposed.     REGIONAL INTERACTION MODEL AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE REGION ECONOMIC SECURITY

    Introduction. The paper deals with modeling of organizational-economic interaction between territorial units of municipal and regional level. Dynamic of the economic security indicators of municipal areas in the Omsk region is presented, problems of strategic management of municipal development are analyzed, the author’s cross-functional model of regional interaction is presented. In addition, the role of municipal partnership in the process of regional interaction is shown.Materials and methods. The indices of economic security of the municipal entities in the Omsk region in the social, economic, financial spheres and the integrated index are calculated. Using the method of cross-functional modeling of business processes, the authors’ organizational and economic model of regional interaction has been formed.Results. Negative results of the assessment of the main indicators of the municipalities’ economic security show that it is necessary to develop regional cooperation in the Omsk region. Currently, there are such forms of interaction between municipalities as associations of municipalities in the Omsk region, joint meetings of regional and municipal authorities on strategic and current problems of the territories. But these forms of interaction are formal. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to organize “vertical” and intermunicipal processes of strategic management in economic development and security.Discussion and conclusion. There are processes of organizing regional interaction on the basis of ensuring the economic security of the region. It requires an organizational and economic model that reflects the roles of the municipals in these processes, including the municipal partnership, the sequence of their actions and key indicators. Accordingly, the  developed model of regional interaction could become the basis for the formation of the system and the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the economic security of the region
