VisualDx: A Visual Diagnostic Decision Support Tool

VisualDx is a clinical decision support tool that uses images and searchable clinical features to assist physicians in the diagnostic decision-making process. VisualDx is a database of more than 24,000 high quality images covering a wide variety of conditions and drug eruptions. Tools for Researchers: Information Resources Available at University of Miami

Tools for Researchers This class will offer an overview of online resources for researchers, such as (1) PubMed and MyNCBI, (2) the NIH Open Access Policy Compliance Portal, (3) RefWorks/Write-N-Cite, (4) QUOSA, (5) Scopus/SciVal Experts, and (6) Web of Knowledge/Journal Citation Reports. The class will offer basic information that will motivate participants to enroll in a full class of each of these valuable resources. All resources are available through the Calder Library for UM/JMH faculty and staff, medical students, interns, residents, and fellows.</p
