    Citra panorama dibentuk dengan menggabungkan beberapa citra 2 dimensi melalui proses stitching. Dari bentuk panorama 360 banyak dimanfaatkan untuk virtual reality, company profile, marketing toolkit, dan lain sebagainya. Untuk membentuk sebuah citra panorama tidak lepas dari basis image stitching, yakni teknik registrasi citra yang akurat. Banyak permasalahan yang diangkat dari peneletian sebelumnya tentang image sitching. Salah satunya adalah kesalahan parallax. Kesalahan parallax ini terjadi akibat posisi lensa yang jauh dari pusat rotasi pada waktu pengambilan obyek. Sehingga ini bisa menyebabkan frame citra tidak sejajar dan kemungkinan bisa mengakibatkan patahan atau tidak tersambung ketika proses stitching dilakukan. Oleh karena itu diusulkan sebuah teknik registrasi citra berakurasi tinggi menggunakan Phase Based Image Matching. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji coba citra masukan yang diambil dari dalam ruangan, luar ruangan, digeser secara vertikal, dan digeser secara diagonal. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan bahwa metode yang diusulkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan obyek parallax dengan minimum area tumpang tindih lebih dari 50% ================================================================================================= Panorama image formed by combining multiple 2-dimensional image through a process of stitching. Many problems arise from some previous research about image stitching. One of them is Parallax Error. Parallax error caused by lens position is far from the center of rotation when images are captured. It will cause the frame images are misaligned and could possibly image not connected when stitching is done. This paper proposed a high accuracy image registration technique using Phase-Based Image Matching. In this research trials input image taken from indoors, outdoors, shifted vertically, and diagonally.     News is an important role in human life. Because people always require information, person can access the news through various media, including: print media, electronic media, and Internet media. Most people want a piece of news can be accessed anywhere and anytime, then arose an idea how to make the news becomes portable.In this final project, will develop a server application responsible for crawling and manage news, News was addressed to the mobile user such as a cell phone. The aim of this project which provides convenience for mobile phone users to get the latest news from the site on the internet news provider. By utilizing the RSS feature of the site, the system will get the latest news from the site. Then look for the complete news by taking the content page in the link results RSS document. News that is still embedded in HTML documents will be separated by using RegEx or Regular Expression. Then the news is categorized by using text mining and correlation analysis. The calculation of the correlation, which becomes variable is the news and categories of documents that have been provided by the system. Then stored into the database which will be accessed by a WML server The expected result is the news access to the WML server with load data faster than with direct access to the original site.
