Steady state numerical calculation of the melt-pool shape
A two dimensional steady-state melting problem is numerically simulated. This task arose during the Selective laser melting (SLM) additive process technology modelling project. Initial problem is formation of residual stresses and, as a consequence, appearance of accumulated deformations (inherent strains) and distortion of final production shape. As solution of this initial problem I suggest development of own appropriate software tool. Development process was divided on 5 stages. Stage 1 is to model the geometric size of the molten bath. A comparison of the results obtained with in OpenFOAM (laserConvBC) and results from similar article
Analysis of the riser suspension performance
This article will consider the design of the riser suspension with mounting on the platform body (unlike the previous one, which was suspended from the ceiling in the hold). The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the riser suspension, and in particular rubber-metal pillows. The assessment will be carried out without taking into account the first group of factors (without taking into account the deviation of the riser from the vertical axis), taking into account the second group of factors – the impact of the weight of the riser and the weight of the drilling fluid
Electric/Hybrid Vehicle- Simulation Analysis
This report analyses computational research results of Electric Hybrid vehicle design
and its main component characteristics. Two different versions are proposed and investigated.
"Maximum allowable speed in each point" of the race track model (Le Mans race track) was
tested. Conclusions on two hybrid car design packages; comparison and further research was
completed
F1 Car - Front Wing CFD Analysis and Optimization
This paper describes results of computational research of F1 car front wing design
influence on drag and lift. Four different designs were proposed and investigated. Drag and lift
coefficients of car, front and rear wings of different models were obtained. Conclusions on
car’s performance and further research were made

Detection statistics of the RadioAstron AGN survey
The largest Key Science Program of the RadioAstron space VLBI mission is a survey of active galactic nuclei (AGN). The main goal of the survey is to measure and study the brightness of AGN cores in order to better understand the physics of their emission while taking interstellar scattering into consideration. In this paper we present detection statistics for observations on ground-space baselines of a complete sample of radio-strong AGN at the wavelengths of 18, 6, and 1.3 cm. Two-thirds of them are indeed detected by RadioAstron and are found to contain extremely compact, tens to hundreds of μas structures within their cores.Peer reviewe
