    The background of this research study IPS poor performance of students, with an average of 60.75. While the value of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) IPS is 70. Among the students who were 18 people, only 6 people reach KKM. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted aims to improve learning outcomes IPS fifth grade students of SD Negeri 034 Pematang Semut by implementing cooperative learning model Snowball throwing. The problems in this study is whether the implementation of cooperative learning model Snowball throwing can improve learning outcomes IPS fifth grade students of SD Negeri 034 Pematang Semut? The research was conducted from April to May 2016. From the data analysis activities of teachers percentage increases in the first cycle of the first meeting of 61.36%, the second meeting of the second cycle increased to 77.34%. While the percentage of student activity in the first cycle the first meeting 53.37% increase at every meeting, the second meeting of the second cycle increased to 75.00%. increased activity of teachers and students has been accompanied by increasing learning outcomes of a mean value of 59.28 into 79.76 with a percentage increase of 49.01% Thus, during the execution of the second cycle of this study indicate that the application of cooperative learning model Snowball throwing can improve learning outcomes IPS fifth grade students of SD Negeri 034 Pematang Semut

    The problem in this research is the lack of IPS students' learning achievement, as seen from the average value of students is 71.10. Of the 33 students who achieve grades above KKM just 16 students (48.50%), while students who have not reached the KKM many as 17 students (51.50%), the value specified KKM is 75. Based on these problems need to be done classroom action research by applying the method of role playing. This research aims to improve learning achievement of IPS Grade V Elementary School District of Umbrella Sekaki Pekanbaru 101 Academic Year 2014/2015. Role Playing is a planned learning activities designed to achieve specific educational goals and is one form of educational games used to describe the roles, attitudes, behaviors, values with the aim to live feelings, viewpoints and ways of thinking of others. Role Playing is a teaching model is derived from the individual and social dimensions of education. This method helps students find personal meaning in their social world and help students explore issues about the relationship between humans and to play a role. This study was conducted by two cycles for VB grade students of SD Negeri 101 Pekanbaru District of payung Sekaki numbered 33 people. At each cycle I and II consist of three meetings, which consists of two face to face meetings and one times daily test at the end of each cycle. Role Playing with the applied method, can improve learning achievement of IPS students, visible from improving student learning achievement of basic scores with an average of 71.10 increased by 24.20% to 76.80 in the first cycle, the second cycle of the elementary scores increased as much as 36.30% to 81.80. The percentage of teacher activity also increased, as seen from the percentage of the activity of teachers in the first cycle the first meeting of 72.22%, an increase in the second meeting becomes 91.66%, in the second cycle at the first meeting increased to 91.66%, and at the second meeting rising again to 100%. The percentage of student activity also increased, as seen from the percentage of student activity in the first cycle of the first meeting and 72.22% in the second meeting of the increase is 91.66%, in the second cycle at the first meeting be 91.66%, and at the second meeting increased to 100%.     The problem in this research was the low student learning outcomes IPS, this happens because the learning process is only centered on the teacher so that trains students to be individual lazy thinking and has a passive nature. Besides the limited learning resources resulted in students learning to become less effective. It is necessary for research to improvements in the learning process through the implementation of cooperative learning model types think pair share. Think Pair Share (TPS) or Couples Sharing Thinking is the kind of cooperative learning are designed to affect the pattern of student interaction (Trianto, 2011). In this strategy, the child will be given a waiting time to think independently, and then discuss with a partner group. In this study, researchers gave the task in the form of worksheets. Forms of research is classroom action research (PTK). The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of a double action learning and end of each cycle is given daily tests. Data obtained from the observation of teacher activity using observation sheet teacher activity, student activity observation using observation sheet student activity. and the daily test results of students. Test questions consisted of 20 items shaped objective, assessment refers to the assessment standards Purwanto.Hasil research shows that the average score of students is 70.02 basis increased in the first cycle to 74.80 and then increased again to 80.48 in the second cycle. So the total increase for the action amounted to 21.76%. Activity percentage of teachers in the first cycle was 67.85% increase in cycle II to 85.71%. As well as the activity of the teacher, student activities also increased. In the first cycle the percentage of student activity is 66.67%, then increased to 81.25% in the second cycle.     Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa, dengan rata-rata kelas 52,5 dengan KKM 60. Dari ulangan harian yang dilakukan hanya 10 siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan (50%) sedangkan yang tidak tuntas 10 orang (50%). Bentuk penelitian ini adalah bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan meningkatkan model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Square (TPS) dengan materi pecahan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Square (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 036 Serusa Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 036 Serusa Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir semester genap tahun ajaran 2013/ 2014 sebanyak 20 siswa yang terdiri dari 13 siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini menyajikan hasil belajar yang diperoleh Hal ini terlihat bahwa jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM pada skor dasar adalah 10 orang atau 50% dari jumlah siswa, sedangkan pada ulangan harian I jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM menjadi 13 orang atau 65% dari jumlah siswa, dan pada ulangan harian II jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM meningkat menjadi 19 orang atau 95% dari jumlah siswa. Berdasarkan analisis KKM tersebut, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Tipe Think Pair Square (TPS), Hasil Belajar Matematik

    The problem this research is the student achievement of sciences studies three graderes SDN 21 Balai Makam still low with an average value of 60,5 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) sciences studies is 70. Between students, amounting to 30 people only 12 students who achieve classical KKM with 40%. This research is Classroom action Research (CAR), wich aims to improve the learning process in the classroom. Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of learning strategy incury can improve students achievment of sciences studies at SDN 21 Balai Makam Kecamatan Mandau. The research was conducted on April 6, 2016 to Mei 11, 2016 by 2 cyclees. Subjects were students of SDN 21 Balai Makam Kecamatan Mandau, totalling 30 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this research is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. Based on the conduct of research with the implementation of learning strategi incuiry of activity the teacher in the lerning process in cycle I frist meeting was 58,33% and at the second meeting of teacher activity increased by 12,5% to 66,67%. cycle II firs meeting and the second meeting of activity increased by 23,8% to 87,50% and the second meeting of activity increased by 14,9% to 95,83%. Result of data analysis of students activities in the first meeting cycle with the first meeting of an avarage of 50% and at second meeting of activity increased 14,3% to 58,33%% and a second meeting of activity increased 26,3% improve to 79,17%. At the firs meeting of the second meeting of activity increased 13,6% to 91,67%%. This research presents the results obtained each before the implementation an improve in base score sycle with the average being, 60,5. In the first cycle improve an average of 63,8 with increase as 5,5% and an impove in the second with an average of 73,3 with increase as 21,2%.     The problem this reaserch student achievement three graderes yields social studies class SDN 014 Putat average 50.4 As a minimum completeness criteria value ( KKM ) IPS is among 70 students totaling 22 people only 10 people who reached the KKM with classical completeness 45.45 % . This research is Classroom Action Research ( CAR) conducted aimed at improving student learning outcomes IPS Elementary School three grade 014 Putat academic year 2013/2014 with the use of cooperative learning model GI type was conducted on March 26, 2014 until 23 April 2014 . Subjects is the three graders were 22 students consisting of 12 male students and 10 female students . Parameters measured were the result of student learning , mastery learning , student learning activities and teacher activities . Teacher activity during the learning process by using Cooperative Learning Implementation Model GI Type in the first cycle the first meeting 56.25 % with enough categories , the first cycle of the second meeting of 68.75 % with category Enough . Increased 12.5 % . In the second cycle the first meeting of 84.38 % with a very good category , meeting the second cycle II 90.63 % with very good category 6.25 % increase . Activities of students during the learning process by using the application of models of gi in the first cycle the first meeting of 50.00 % with enough categories , the first cycle of the second meeting of 56.25 % with category Enough . 6.25 % increase . In the second cycle the first meeting of 81.25 % with a very good category . In the second cycle the second meeting of 87.50 % with a very good category 6:25 % increase . Cooperative Learning Model Type Group Investigation in the process of learning can improve student learning outcomes IPS from baseline score ( 45.45 % ) to UH I ( 68.18 % ) with increased 22.73 % , the base score ( 45.45 % ) to UH II ( 81.81 % ) increased by 36.36 % .
