Detecting Phishing Websites Using Associative Classification

Phishing is a criminal technique employing both social engineering and technical subterfuge to steal consumer's personal identity data and financial account credential. The aim of the phishing website is to steal the victims’ personal information by visiting and surfing a fake webpage that looks like a true one of a legitimate bank or company and asks the victim to enter personal information such as their username, account number, password, credit card number, …,etc. This paper main goal is to investigate the potential use of automated data mining techniques in detecting the complex problem of phishing Websites in order to help all users from being deceived or hacked by stealing their personal information and passwords leading to catastrophic consequences. Experimentations against phishing data sets and using different common associative classification algorithms (MCAR and CBA) and traditional learning approaches have been conducted with reference to classification accuracy. Leadership Styles among the Administrative Heads of Departments at Irbid University College and its Relationship with Employees' Motivation Toward Work

The present study aimed to detect the type of leadership for heads of departments administrators in Irbid University College and its relationship with employees' motivation toward work, and to achieve these objectives administrated  leadership style scale, and motivation towards work scale on a sample of 123 workers in Irbid University College for the academic year 2015 / 2016, after its achieved validity and reliability, the results showed that (Democratic) style from the standpoint of workers in Irbid university College and the workers have high level of motivation towards work, and there is statistically significant negative relationship at the level of statistical (α = 0.05) between the leadership style (dictatorship) and motivation of workers in Irbid university College towards the work, and there is statistically significant positive relationship at the level of statistical (α = 0.05) between the leadership style (Democratic) and motivation of workers in Irbid university College towards the work. The Impact of the Human Resources Empowerment Strategy on Achieving Strategic Objectives in Commercial Banks in Jordan

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the impact of the strategy of empowering human resources in achieving strategic goals in commercial banks in Jordan.   Theoretical Framework: The banks in Jordan are characterized by their diversity, there are three categories of commercial banks: the public sector, the private sector, and foreign banks.it makes it in constant competition, which requires empowering their human resources to achieve the strategic goals they seek.   Design/Methodology/Approach: The study collected (356) answers from employees of nine commercial banks in Jordan and conducted an regression analysis to conclude that empowering human resources has a role in achieving strategic goals, and percentages by adopting the weighted average calculation for the level of application of each. The studied variables.   Findings: The study reached there is an effect of the strategy of empowering human resources represented by participation in decision-making, freedom of responsibility, training and education in achieving strategic goals in the Jordanian trade banks, while there was no effect of the supporting culture strategy in achieving strategic goals in Jordanian commercial banks from the point of view of its employees. And The level of application of the strategy of empowering human resources with its dimensions of training, education, supportive culture, participation in decision-making, and freedom of responsibility is medium, and the level of application of strategic goals of innovation, productivity, and social responsibility is medium.   Research, Practical & Social Implications: The study determines how the application of human resources empowerment strategies in commercial banks can contribute to achieving strategic goals, and the study also identifies the level of following the human resources empowerment strategy, and the Level of implementation of strategic objectives in commercial banks in Jordan. The Effect of Pilates Training on Some Physical and Skill Variables in Breaststroke Swimming

The study aimed to identify the effect of Pilates training on some physical and skill variables in breaststroke swimming, the researchers used the experimental method, designing one group for its suitability to the nature of the study. The study sample consisted of (14) students from the swimming training course at the faculty of physical education at yarmouk university, who were decided by the intentional method. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements on the development of some physical variables in breaststroke among the experimental group members and in favor of the post measurement, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the two measurements, the pre and post, on the development of some skill variables in breaststroke among the experimental group members and in favor of the post measurement. The researchers recommended to more studies should be conducted on the impact of Pilate’s exercises on the development of some physical and skill variables among players in other sports such as athletics, football and basketball

Constructing Norms for Selected Handball Skills for Student’s Faculty Sports Sciences at Mutah University

The purpose of this study was to construct norms for some handball skills for student’sfaculty sports sciences in Mutah University،For the purpose of the present studysubjects consist of 252(120 male,132 female). handball skills tested by Passing on a wall for 30 seconds Test, shooting on handball goal,15-meterzigzag dribbling,inorder to construct the norm,Percentile Scale was used.
