Management of laser welding based on analysis informative signals
© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. Features of formation precision weld of metal were presented. It has been shown that the quality of the welding process depends not only on the energy characteristics of the laser processing facility, the temperature of the surface layer, but also on the accuracy of positioning laser focus relative to seam and the workpiece surface. So the laser focus positioning accuracy is an estimate of the quality of the welding process. This approach allows to build a system automated control of the laser technological complex with the stabilization of the setpoint accuracy of of positioning of the laser beam relative to the workpiece surface
Method of control position of laser focus during surfacing teeth of cutters
© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. Providing the quality laser of surfacing the edges of teeth requires control not only the energy of the radiation parameters, but also the position of the focal spot. The control channel of position of laser focus during surfacing, which determines the parameters of quality of the deposited layer, was calculated in the work. The parameters of the active opto-electronic system for the subsystem adjust the focus position relative to the deposited layer with a laser illumination of the cutting edges the teeth cutters were calculated, the model of a control channel based on thermal phenomena occurring in the zone of surfacing was proposed
Dictionary of abstract and concrete words of the Russian language: A methodology for creation and application
© 2019, Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The paper describes the first stage of a project on creating an electronic dictionary with numerical estimates of the degree of abstractness and concreteness of Russian words. Our approach is to integrate data obtained from several different sources: text corpora, psycholinguistic experiments, published dictionaries, markers of abstractness (certain suffixes) and a translation of a similar dictionary for English. The article describes in detail the method for obtaining data. We provide correlation coefficients calculated using different methods. We pay special attention to cases of inconsistent results obtained by different methods. The statistical model behind the experimental data is discussed. The results of experiments with the Google Books Ngram corpus on the coexistence of concrete words are given. Possible applications of the dictionary are demonstrated on the example of the frequency of using the dictionary in Russian textbooks for high schools
(Dis)similarity-based correlation functions on polar scales
© 2020 CEUR-WS. All rights reserved. We observe the methods of constructing (dis)similarity-based correlation functions defined on scales with polarity given by an involutive operation. We consider basic polar scales: binary scales and bipolar scales with more than two grades. Correlation functions are constructed using similarity and dissimilarity functions defined on such scales and satisfying suitable properties

A comprehensive approach to the in vitro and in vivo study of a preparation containing etidronate of lanthanide and calcium ions
© 2019 Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics. The search for new more effective techniques to repair bone fractures and defects is an urgent task of healthcare. Objective To explore the efficacy of a preparation containing etidronates of lanthanide and calcium ions in regenerative repair of bone defects. Material and methods The osteoblastic MC3T3-E1 and the osteoclastic RAW 264.7 cell lines were used in in vitro experiments at the first stage of the research. The agent was postoperatively injected in a bone defect of 36 rabbits on days 3 and 5 to assess the preparation's effect on regenerative repair of small defects with diameter of 2.5 mm. Radiometric and reactive morphological characteristics of bone tissue were evaluated at the fracture site at the beginning, middle and end of experiment. Results The above preparation was found to enhance osteogenic differentiation and stimulate accumulation of intracellular calcium in MC3T3 E1 cells. However, the preparation was not shown to inhibit RANKL-induced osteoclast differentiation in vitro. Histological and computed tomography findings demonstrated statistically significant differences between control and experimental animals (p < 0.01) and indicated to the preparation's effect of promoting regenerative repair of small bone defects. Conclusion The series was the first to show the effect of the preparation containing etidronates of lanthanide and calcium ions as stimulating osteoblast activity in vitro and promoting early regenerative repair of small bone defects
