    Does perceived organizational support impact employees’ commitment to the organizations in private sector?

    This study aimed to examine the relationships between perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational commitment (OC) in the private organizational context in Morocco. We analyzed data from 413 employees in private sector obtained via a self-reporting questionnaire. Results showed that POS has significant effects on OC dimensions namely affective commitment (AC), normative commitment (NC) and continuance commitment (CC). Implications these results for practices in private sector are discussed

    INVESTIGATING THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN EMPATHY AND BURNOUT AMONG HEALTHCARE PERSONNEL IN MOROCCO

    Abstract :The current study aimed at examining how burnout and empathy are related among healthcare professionals. Analyses based on a sample of 263 medical professionals through self-report questionnaires showed as expected that empathic concern is significantly correlated with emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment (r = -.20; r = -.40; r = .41, p < .001) respectively. These findings have important implications for medical professional contexts considering practices that enhance empathic psychological traits among professionals.  Classification JEL :(M5 Personnel Economics) Keywords :empathic concern, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, healthcare personnel.
