This research was performed to examine the effect of one session group counseling in the classroom of middle school on students' behavior and emotion in asking their parents for allowance. Subjects were 133 students of 8th grade in Anyang City Kyonggi Province Korea. The research design was pretest-posttest with control group design. The experimental group were treated one session group counseling during 80minutes plus homework. No treatment was in the control group. The instruments of measurement used in this study were 'The Scale of Behavior and Emotion in asking their parents for allowance(SEBA)'. The results of this study were as follow; First, the frequency of conflict causing behaviors such as lying, anger, etc in asking their parents for allowance was significantly decreased in experiment group. Second, the frequency of behavior such as doing their best in studying, asking for allowance in advance was significantly increased in experimental group

In response to some of these criticisms, the UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) published the UK Stewardship Code in 2010. The UK Stewardship Code is a soft law based on the comply or explain approach, which pursues the improvement of corporate governance through voluntary participation of institutional investors. Institutional investors could decide whether or not they would sign up to this code. Also, if they signed up to the code, they could choose which principles or guidances they would comply with, and they are only required to provide meaningful explanations about which ones they don't comply with. Institutional investors who signed up to the code, fulfill their stewardship responsibilities through stewardship activities such as monitoring, engaging with investee companies, voting, and disclosing publicly their stewardship policies and activities. In short, this Code encourages institutional investors' active engagement with their investee companies. According to the UK Stewardship Code, stewardship aims to promote the long term success of companies in such a way that the ultimate providers of capital also prosper. Effective stewardship benefits companies, investors, and the economy as a whole. After the publication of the UK Stewardship Code, stewardship codes or the other similar codes have been published in many other countries. However, it is still uncertain what stewardship responsibility means in the Stewardship Code. What is meant by the stewardship, for whom are institutional investors stewards, and to whom are they responsible are undefined. There are discussions in Korea over whether that stewardship responsibility has the same meaning as fiduciary duty. The existing views concur that stewardship responsibility is the responsibility that the institutional investor has, as the steward of the clients or beneficiaries (providers of the capital). As the investment chain has become complicated, the term stewardship responsibility is used to cover relations which have no direct fiduciary relations. But, stewardship responsibility refers to more than just the responsibility to the clients or beneficiaries. By considering the meaning and examples of the term stewardship, the background of the publication of the UK Stewardship Code, the aim and the contents of the code, and the terms being used in other countries' codes, the stewardship responsibility includes the responsibility as the owner of the investee company. The institutional investor is the steward of assets, which are the assets of the clients or beneficiaries, and also the assets of the investee companies in investment chain. As the stewards of the assets of the clients or beneficiaries and of the investee companies, the institutional investors have the stewardship responsibilities. Additionally, stewardship responsibility seeks the public interests as the socially responsible investment (SRI) as well as the economic interests of the clients or beneficiaries, and the investee company. Therefore, stewardship responsibility is a new responsibility which is different from fiduciary duty. The Korea Stewardship code - Principles on the Fiduciary Responsibilities of Institutional Investors was published in Korea in 2016(In english version, the title is The Korea Stewardship code - Principles on the Stewardship Responsibilities of Institutional Investors', but in Korean version, the term Fiduciary Responsibilities is being used). The Korea Stewardship Code adopted the UK Stewardship Code and Japan's Stewardship Code selectively. It contains 7 principles and guidelines, which include: formulating and publicly disclosing their stewardship policiesformulating and publicly disclosing their resolutions of problems arising from conflicts of interestsmonitoring investee companiesformulating internal guidelines for the implementation of stewardship activitiesformulating and disclosing their voting policies and publicly disclosing their voting record, and the reasons for the votesreporting their voting and stewardship activitiesand gaining expertise. The Korea Stewardship Code was published after many debates, but still requires some improvements. First, it needs to change the term fiduciary responsibility to stewardship responsibility to make clear the meaning of the responsibility, and it needs to add the role of proxy advisory firm into the code. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Short-Term group counseling program for Coping Test Result Frustration on middle school students' study motivation. Subjects were 102 students of 7th-8th grade in N City Chungnam Province of Korea. The research design was pretest-posttest with control group. The experimental group were treated in Short-Term Group Counseling Program for Coping Test Frustration during 45minutes and pre-session and followup session. The instrument of measurement used in this study were 'Study Motivation Scale' The results of this study were as follow; Study Motivation total score was significantly improved in the experimental group. Specifically, Class scores and durability score and internal motivation score were significantly improved in the experimental group. In conclusion, findings of this study suggested that Short-Term group counseling be used as an effective way for student's study motivation improvement
