부산 신항 환적화물 유치 확대를 위한 ITT Platform에 관한 연구

부산항 물동량은 꾸준히 늘어 세계 제 5위의 항으로 자리 매김하고 있고 특히 부산 신항의 환적 물량의 증가속도가 높아지고 그 절대량 및 비중이 커감에 따라 효율적인 환적화물의 처리 방안이 강구되고 있다. 특히 정부는 부산항을 2020년까지 세계 2대 환적 거점 항으로 도약 및 발전시킨다는 발전 전략을 제시하고 있지만, 실현하는 데는 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산항의 환적물량 추이와 세계 환적물량 추이를 분석 하였고 향후 환적물량이 어떻게 증가되며, 또한 환적물량이 증대시키기 위한 이해 관계자들이 요구사항에 대해 검토하였다. 또한, 부산 신항의 환적 화물을 확대하는 것을 저해하는 요소들에 대해 분석하였으며, 이러한 요인을 해소하기 위해서는 현재 정부에서 시행중인 정책들에 대한 실증 분석결과를 검토하였다. 아울러, 부산항의 타 부두 환적 운송 업무가 효율성에 대해 검토하였으며, 저해요인을 고찰하였다. 본 논문에서는 홍콩항의 사례조사를 바탕으로, 부산 신항에서의 플랫폼 사업에 대한 연구를 행하였고, 물류에 적용된 관련 플랫폼 활용사례를 검토하여, 부산항에 적합한 ITT 플랫폼 비즈니스를 설계하고 효과분석을 행하였으며, 부산 신항의 환적에 유용함을 검증하였다. |The trade volume of Busan Port has steadily increased to become the 5th largest port in the world. Especially, as the volume of transshipment of Busan New Port increases, and the absolute quantity and the weight of the transshipment volume increase, efficient transshipment cargo handling methods are being sought. In particular, the government suggests a development strategy to make Busan port a major transshipment hub port of the world by 2020, but there are many difficulties in realizing it. In this paper, we analyze the transshipment volume of Busan port and the transshipment volume of global shipment. We also reviewed the requirements of those involved to increase transshipment volumes. In addition, we analyze the factors that impede the expansion of transshipment cargoes in Busan New Port. In order to solve these factors, we examined the empirical analysis results of current government policies. Also, the efficiency of the transit service of Busan Port was examined and the impediments were examined.
