반응표면법을 이용한 셰일가스 생산 모델링

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 에너지시스템공학부, 2013. 2. 최종근.셰일가스는 유체투과율이 낮은 셰일층에 부존하는 천연가스이다. 최근 수평시추 및 다단계 수압파쇄를 적용하여 경제적으로 회수가 가능해졌으나, 회수율이 5~15%로 낮고 개발 및 생산비용이 높다. 효율적인 수압파쇄 작업을 설계하기 위하여 생산예측을 기반으로 한 의사결정이 필요하다. 기존의 연구는 초기 생산자료를 이용하여 누적생산량을 예측하여 작업 전 의사결정에 활용되기 어렵거나 많은 입력자료를 필요로 한다는 한계점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 저류층 혼합모델을 반응표면법에 적용하고 생산예측 모델을 도출하였다. 분리균열모델과 이중공극 · 이중유체투과율모델을 함께 적용한 혼합모델은 불균일한 균열저류층의 이방성을 반영하며 흡착, 확산, 비정상흐름 등 셰일 저류층의 유동특성을 반영할 수 있다. 반응표면은 실험설계에 규칙성이 있어 최소한의 입력자료를 이용한다. 반응표면의 설명변수를 선별하기 위하여 저류층물성 및 수압파쇄 설계의 인자에 대한 민감도를 분석하였다. 수압파쇄 간격, 길이, 높이 등의 인자가 생산량에 미치는 영향이 컸으며 세 인자를 통해 생산을 예측하는 반응표면을 구축하였다. 반응표면법의 실험설계 중 3수준의 요인설계의 R2 값이 0.9828으로 높고 오차가 1.34%로 적으므로 이를 기반으로 한 신뢰도 높은 예측 기법을 개발하였다.초 록 List of Tables List of Figures 1. 서 론 2. 이론적 배경 2.1 셰일가스 저류층 모사 기법 2.2.1 분리균열모델 2.2.2 이중공극·이중유체투과율모델 2.2 반응표면법 3. 반응표면을 이용한 셰일가스 생산예측기법 개발 3.1 셰일가스 생산예측 기법 개발과정 3.2 셰일가스 저류층 모델링 4. 연구 결과 4.1 반응표면 모델 입력자료 분석 4.2 반응표면 모델의 성능평가 4.3 반응표면 모델을 이용한 생산예측 4. 결 론 참고문헌 ABSTRACTMaste

Global Health Project for Maternal Child Health in a Developing Country: Case Study in Tigray, Ethiopia

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate a two-year global health project to improve maternal and child health (MCH) in Ethiopia. Methods: This is a descriptive case study. The target area is Kilte Awlaelo Woreda in Tigray Regional State, Ethiopia. A baseline survey was conducted to identify the needs of community residents and health care professionals. A MCH program was developed according to a project design matrix that included: infrastructure renovation of health centers; continuing education for midwives, nurses, and health extension workers (HEWs); and improvement of residents' MCH awareness. Project evaluation will examine the structure, process, and outcomes of the program. Results: The baseline survey showed low rates of family planning (31%) and antenatal and postnatal care use (36.1% and 69%, respectively). The institutional birth rate was 13.5%. Midwives and nurses received 2~4 educational programs about family planning and perinatal care. HEWs were also given practical education. Water and electrical infrastructure of all five health centers in the Kilte Awlaelo Woreda were renovated. Additionally, medical supplies and equipment were provided. Community health education on perinatal care, family planning, and personal hygiene was presented. 근관용 약제의 근관내 확산성 및 항균효과에 관한 비교연구

치의학과/박사[영문] [한글] 치과임상에서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 근관용 약제인 formocresol(Mu akami's Formoc resol)과 camphorated phenol (Murakami's Camphenic )를 가지고, 근관치료시 근관용 약 제의 일회 및 반복사용의 경우, 시간변화에 따른 치아내외의 잔존량 및 약제의 향균효과 를 실험비교 하였다. 생리적 식염수에 보관된 치질 손상이 없는 대구치 260개를 통법에 따라 근관 형성후, 5 μl의 약제를 치수강내의 No3 ctton pellet에 넣은 다음 cavit으로 가봉하여, 5ml증류수 가 담긴 polyethylene tube에 침윤시켜 37℃ 항온기내에 저장하였다. 일회사용군에서는 6시간, 12시간, 1, 2, 3, 7일, 반복사용군에서는 1, 2, 3, 7일 후, 시간경과에 따른 치아내외의 잔존량을 spectrophotometer (V-V24O, himadzu Co.)를 이용 하여 측정하였고 , cotton pellet내 약제의 잔존량의 항균효과를 보기 위하여 이에 준하 는 양을 filter paper에 옮겨서, 균주가 배양된 한천평판상의 억제대를 측정함으로서 아 래와 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 일회사용군에서 1일 경과후 두 약제의 대부분이 치수강내에서 소실되었며, CP 가 FC 보다 잔존량이 많았다. 2. 반복사용군에서는 일회사용군보다 치수강내 약제의 잔존량이 많았다. 3. FC의 치수강내에서의 증발속도는 CP에 비하여 보다 빨랐다. 4 . FC의 근관외로의 확산량로 CP에 비하여 많았다. 5. FC의 경우 일회사용군에서는 6시간에서 12시간 사이, 반복사용군에는 7일까지 항균 효과를 나타내었다. A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE DIFFUSIBILITY AND ANTIMICROBIAL EFFECTIVENESS OF INTRACANAL MEDICATIONS Young Sook Park, D.D.S., M.S.D. To study the diffusibility of the root canal medicament, loss of formocresol and camphorated phenol from a cotton pellet after insertion into the pulp chamber of 260 molars prepared as routine endodontic treatment was measured. Measurement was done for the one time insertions and fort the reinsertions using ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Antibacterial effectiveness against three microoganisms, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus spider-midis and a-hemolytic streptococcus, on the blood agar plate was observed by measurement of the inhibition zone with various amount of medicaments . The following results were observed. 1. Nearly all of the medication were lost in the first day after insertion and the residual amount of camphorated phenol was greater than that of fermocresol. 2. Residual amounts of medication in the reinsertion group were greater than that of the onetime insertion group. 3. Within the pulp chamber diffusibility of formocresol wan greater than that of camphorated phenol. 4. The amount of formocresol diffusing out from the tooth wag greater than that of camphorated phenol. 5. Antibacterial effectiveness was obsenred from the residual amount of formocresol in the reinsertion group and in other groups no antibacterial effectiveness was observed.restrictio

Identification of differentially experessed mouse mRNA induced by the infection of acanthamoeba culbertsoni via DD

의학과/박사[한글] 자유생활아메바는 인체에 감염되어 원발성 수막뇌염이나 각막염을 일으키는 병원체로서 그 병변의 진행이 매우 빠르기 때문에 감염 초기의 정확한 진단이 중요하며, 아메바 감염 초기에 감염여부를 확인할 수 있는 핵산(DNA 또는 RNA) 수준의 진단법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 감염에 의해 발현되는 mRNA로부터 DNA를 증폭할 수 있는 differential display reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(DDRT-PCR)을 수행하여 감염군에서만 증폭되는 증폭산물을 확인함으로써 진단용 표지자 제조의 기초로 삼고자 했다. Acanthamoeba culbertsoni(A. culbertsoni) 영양형 1×10**5 개를 감염시킨 마우스로부터 채취한 혈청과 아메바 용출물을 이용하여 ELISA를 수행한 결과 7∼10일에서 아메바에 대한 항체가가 급격히 증가하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었는데, 이때는 이미 마우스의 사망률 이 40∼60%에 이르러 항체가 형성되기 전 감염 초기에 진단할 수 있는 핵산수준의 진단이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 아메바 감염 전(대조군)과 감염 후(감염군)에 동일한 마우스들로부터 채취한 혈액으로부터 정제한 mRNA를 주형으로 하여 역전사 중합효소 반응 및 중합효소연쇄반응을 수행한 DDRT-PCR 분석 결과 70개의 arbitrary 10-mer primer들 중 14개가 감염군에서 대조군과 차이가 나게 증폭된 DNA 증폭산물이 존재함을 관찰했다. 이들 14개의 arbitrary 10-mer primer와 3가지 one base-anchored oligo-dT^^11 M(M: A, C, 또는 G)의 조합을 이용한 DDRT-PCR의 증폭산물을 전기영동 분획을 실행하여 분석한 결과 arbitrary primer #209를 이용한 PCR 증폭산물 중 18개가 감염군에만 존재하는 분획 임이 관찰되었고, #210에 의해서 11개, #212에 의해서 35개, #219에 의해서 15개, #228에 의해서 19개, #232에 의해서23개, #234에 의해서 20개, #237에 의해서 17개, #250에 의해서 29개, #254에 의해서 24개, #265에 의해서 12개, #266에 의해서 16개, #268에 의해서 29개, 그리고 #269에 의해서 7개 등, 총 275개의 감염군에만 존재하는 분획을 확인할 수 있었다. 이들 감염군 분획들은 감염군 mRNA로부터 합성한 CDNA 탐침을 이용한 Southern slot blot hybridization에 의해 감염군에 존재하는 mRNA로부터 증폭된 PCR 산물임을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 자유생활아메바의 감염에 있어 핵산수준의 조기 진단을 위해, 표지자 제조에 유용한 14개의 arbitrary 10-mer primer를 확인하였고, 이 primer들을 이용하여 총 275개의 감염군에만 존재하는 전기영동 분획을 관찰할 수 있었는데, 이 중 조기 진단용 표지자 확보에 이용가능한 CDNA 증폭산물이 있을 것으로 사료되며, 이들의 동정 및 특성 분석을 위한 연구가 추후 수행되어야 할 것이다. [영문] A facultative parasite and pathogenic free-living amoeba, Acanthamoeba culbertsoni, has been known to frequently cause granulomatous amoebic meningoencephalitis and Acanthamoeba keratitis in human infection from a lot of sources such as fresh water, air conditioner, air, sewage, soil and so on. In this study, identification of the DNA amplicons representing differentially expressed mRNAs in the blood cells of the mice infected with Acanthamoeba culbertsoni(1×10**5 ) was attempted via differential display reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(DDRT-PCR),which could be prospective candidates for developing DNA probe for the early diagnosis. Based on ELISA analysis, antibody titer rose outstandingly on day 7 to 10 after the infection when the mortality of the infected mice already reached up to 57%. For DDRT-PCR analysis, seventy arbitrary 10-mer primers coupled with each one base-anchored oligo-dT^^11 M(M: A, C, or G)primer were screened and 14 of them revealed informative amplification profiles. The size of DDRT-PCR amplification products, counted in this study, were ranged from 100 to 2,500bp. Here are the summary of the 275 differentially displayed amplicons in the infection group, which are prospective candidates of representing differentially expressed mRNA induced by amoebic infection: Fifteen specific amplicons were observed from PCR amplification with the combinations of the 3 anchored oligo-dT^^11 M and the arbitrary primer #209, 11 amplicons with #210, 35 amplicons with #212, 15 amplicons with #219, 19 amplicons with #228, 23 amplicons with #232, 20 amplicons with #234, 17 amplicons with #237, 29 amplicons with #250, 24 amplicons with #254, 12 amplicons with #265, 16 amplicons with #266, 29 arnplicons with #268, and 7 amplicons with# 269. It was verified that the observed 275 differentially displayed amplicons were amplified from mRNA of the infected mouse via Southern slot blot hybridization using cDNA probes synthesized from mRNA of the infected mouse. Through DDRT-PCR analysis, several differentially displayed amplicons representing differentially expressed mRNA in the infection group were observed from the blood cells collected on the day 5 after the infection, which could be the candidates for developing the markers for the early diagnosis at the nucleic acid level. 간호학 지식체 형성: 귀납법

한 학문분야에서 어떤 접근방법이나 견해가 지배적인 위치를 차지하여 연구자들로 하여금 그 분야의 현상을 바라보는 세계관을 마련해 주어서 문제선정과 해답의 방향과 일관성을 갖게 해주는 견해를 패러다임(paradigm)이라고 부를 수 있다(Kuhn， 1962). 인간은 지적 활동에 있어서 기본적으로 3가지 판단으로 도덕적 판단(moral judgement), 사실적 판단(factual judgement), 논리적 판단(logical judgement)을 내리고 있다(Kemeny， 1960). 그리하여 이 판단을 어떻게 조합하여 현상이나 질서를 보느냐에 따라 규범적 지향(normative orientation), 경험적 지향(empirical orientation), 실천적 지향(practical orientation) 3가지로 구분할 수 있다(강신택， 1984). 규범적 지향은 도덕적 판단과 논리적 판단을 중심으로 어떤 바람직하다고 믿는 기준에 따라 현상이나 질서를 바라보는 관점과 마음가짐이다. 경험적 지향은 실질적 판단과 논리적 판단을 중심으로 질서를 있는 그대로의 현상， 경험의 세계 또는 사실의 세계로서 이해하려는 관점과 마음가짐이다. 실천적 지향은 규범적 지향과 경험적 지향을 연결시키고자 하는 마음가짐이다. 즉 규범적으로 밝혀지는 질서를 목적으로 삼고 경험적으로 밝혀지는 질서를 수단으로 삼아서 두 개의 질서를 목적-수단의 관계로 연결시키는 것이다. 간호학문은 실천적 지향으로 도덕적 판단，사실적 판단， 논리적 판단과 더불어 창의성의 예술적 요소를 갖고 있다고 본다. 그리하여 Carper(1978)는 간호 지식체의 개념과 구문의 구조분석으로 앎의 4가지 기본 양상을 제시하였다. 즉 1) 경험으로서 간호과학， 2) 미학으로서 간호의 예술， 3) 간호에서 개인적 지식의 구성요소 4) 윤리로서 간호에서 도덕적 지식의 구성요소로 구분하였다. Kim (1993)도 간호 실무에서 개인적 지식(private knowledge)과 공적 지식(public knowledge)으로 과학적， 도덕적， 미학적 지식으로 구분하여 그 특성을 설명하였다

Treatment pattern and survival rate in pancreatic cancer

역학통계학과/석사[한글]1. 2006년부터 2007년 2년동안 우리나라에서 발병한 췌장암 대상자이면서 중증질환자(암) 등록을 한 대상자는 총 8414명으로 이들의 성별분포를 보면 남자는 4777명( 56.7%), 여자 3637명(43.3%)로 남자가 1.31배 많았으며, 호발연령은 60대로 전체대상자의 61.6%를 차지하였다. 2. 치료형태를 보기 위하여 치료변수인 수술, 방사선치료, 항암화학요법에 대하여 조사하였다. 치료형태에 따라 대상자는 8개 그룹으로 나누었는데, 총 연구 대상자 8414명중 무치료그룹은 4395명(52.2%), 수술만 시행한 그룹은 568명(6.8%), 수술과 항암화학요법을 시행한 그룹은 451명(5.3%), 수술과 방사선치료를 시행한 그룹은 54명(0.6%), 방사선치료와 수술 그리고 항암화학요법 세가지 모두 다 시행한 그룹은 285명(3.4%), 항암화학요법만 시행한 그룹은 2033명(24.2%), 방사선치료만 시행한 그룹은 148명(1.8%), 방사선치료와 항암화학요법을 시행한 그룹은 480명(5.7%)이었으며, 치료방법으로는 주로 항암화학요법만 시행한 그룹이 제일 많았다. 3. 연구대상자중 당뇨병이 동반된 췌장암 대상자는 1351명(16.1%)이었고, 다른 부위로 암이 전이된 대상자는 2258명(26.8%)이었고, 당뇨병이 있으면서 다른 부위로 암이 전이된 대상자는 3157명(37.5%)으로 전이부위는 간, 후복막 및 복막, 복부내 림프절, 기타 소화기관의 악성 신생물 순이었으며, 당뇨병도 없고 전이도 없는 대상자는 1648명(19.6%)이었다.. 4. 우리나라 췌장암환자의 생존기간을 본 결과 총 8414명의 중앙생존기간은 7.0개월이고 성별에 따른 생존기간의 차이는 없었으며, 연령에 따라서는 고령일수록 생존기간이 짧았다. 무치료 그룹의 경우 중앙생존기간은 3.9개월, 수술만 단독으로 시행한 그룹의 중앙생존기간은 32.8개월, 수술과 항암화학요법과 방사선치료를 시행한 그룹이 21.1개월, 수술과 항암화학요법을 시행한 그룹이 18.5개월, 수술과 방사선치료를 시행한 그룹이 18.0 개월이었고 방사선치료와 항암화학요법을 시행한 그룹이 12.2개월, 항암화학요법만 단독으로 시행한 그룹이 7.9개월, 방사선치료만을 단독으로 시행한 그룹이 6.1개월 순 이었으며 이는 p값 0.0001 이하로 통계적으로 유의하였다. 1년 생존율의 경우 수술과 방사선치료와 항암화학요법을 시행한 그룹이 78.3%, 수술과 항암화학요법을 시행한 그룹이 73.7%, 수술만 단독으로 시행한 그룹에서 72.8% 순으로 나타났으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다 (p <.0001) 5. 비례위험 회귀모형을 통해 분석한 결과 연령이 증가할 수록 사망위험이 유의하게 증가하였고 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 치료그룹에 따른 생존기간의 비교위험도를 볼 때 무치료그룹을 기준으로 수술만 단독시행한 경우 사망위험은 0.246배 낮았으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 수술과 항암화학요법 만을 시행하였을 때 사망위험은 0.311배 낮았고, 수술과 방사선치료를 병행하였을 때 사망위험은 0.320배 낮았으며, 수술과 방사선치료와 항암화학요법을 병행하였을 때 사망위험은 0.273배 낮았다. 항암화학요법만을 단독 시행하였을 경우 0.687배 낮았고, 방사선치료만을 단독 시행하였을 경우 0.732배 낮았고, 방사선과 항암화학요법을 병행하였을 때 사망위험은 0.513배 낮았으며 이는 p값 0.0001 이하로 통계적으로 유의하였다. (A) study on the fracture modes and failure loads of the various types of restoration for the endodontically treated anterior teeth

치의학과/석사[한글] 근관치료후 치아는 건조로 인해 부서지기 쉬우며, 관치료중의 기구조작으로 인한 상아질 삭제로 내부구조가 약해지며 대부분의 경우, 기존의 치아우식증, 수복물 등으로 외부구조가 불건전한 상태로 파절이 되기 쉬우므로 근관치료받은 치아를 보강하기 위한 많은 방법이 비교 관찰되어 왔으며 학자들마다 수복방법에 있어서 주장하는 바가 다르다 이에 저자는 치아손상이 없는 발거된 전치 128개를 대상으로 근관치료 후 보존영역에서 일반적으로 쓰이는 4가지 수복방법 -인산아연세멘트 이장후 복합레진 충전, 인산아연세멘트 이장없이 복합레진만 충전, 근관내 Post 장착후 복합레진 충전, 근관내 Post 장착후 금속치관형성 -으로 처치한 후 인스트론 하중기 (Instron testing machine, Tensilon/UTM- Ⅲ -500, Toyo Baldwin Co. Ltd.)를 이용, 파단하중을 측정하고 파절양상을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 근관충전후 수복방법에 따른 치아의 파단하중 사이에는 유의할 만한 차이가 없었다. 2 Post로 보강되지 않은 치아의 파절은 치근의 상부 ⅓과 중간 ⅓ 부위에서 수평 혹은 비스듬하게 나타났다. 3 Post로 보강된 치아의 파절은 Post 주위에서 발생하였다. 4 Post 보강후 치관수복한 치아에서는 Post 주위와 치환부에서 파절이 발생하였다. [영문] An endodontically treated tooth is likely to be brittle than a vital tooth. Internal structure of the tooth has been weakened due to a significant removal of dentin by coronal access, canal preparation. There are many controversies concerning wish various methods of reinforcing an intact anterior tooth that has endodontic treatment. In this experiment, 128 extracted maxillary anterior teeth were endodontically treated, and prepared with methods of restorations; Composite resin filling with zinc phosphate cement, composite resin filling without zinc phosphate cement, composite resin filling with post, and metal crown with post. _ An Instron testing machine was used to measure the fracture loads of the specimens. The means of the failure loads for the 4 groups were compared by F-test statistically and the failure modes were observed. The results were as follows ; 1.There were no statistically significant difference between the failure loads of the four methods of restoration. 2. Teeth without post were fractured in a horizontal or oblique plane through upper or middle third of the root. 3. In the posted teeth, fractures were occurred around the post. 4. 보건정책 및 관리학과/석사[한글] 이 연구는 병원의 소유구조의 실태를 파악하고자 보건복지부 의료 관리과가 감독 정리하고 있는 OECF, KFW 차관 및 2개 도 이상 관할 중복 지역 병원 총수 141개 중에서 13개의 병원을 임의적 추출하여 사례 분석하였다. 현재 우리 나라 의료법인에 대한 실태를 보고자 하였으며 다음과 같은 세부 목적을 갖는다. 첫째, 우리 나라 의료법인 병원에 대한 사례를 보고, 둘째, 병원별 이사장의 변화, 이사장과 이사들간의 관계를 파악하여 소유구조를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 병원별 이사들의 변동에서 각 병원별 이사들의 변동은 주로 이사장이 바뀌었을 때 변동이 많았다. 둘째, 이사들의 경력을 보면 두 병원의 경우 이사들 전원이 비의사였으며 세 병원은 이사들 전원이 의사였다. 셋째, 병원의 소유구조를 보고자 이사장과의 인척 관계를 보았는데 세 병원에 있어서 이사들 전원이 비인척관계였고 12개의 다른 병원들은 비인척인 경우가 50.0% 이상이었으며 나머지 한 개의 병원은 인척관계가 비인척관계인 경우 보다 더 많았다. 넷째, 부도가 났었던 병원은 세 개였으며 자금 부족과 무리한 증축 공사가 주요 원인이었다. 이 연구의 제한점을 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 13개의 병원마다의 특성이 다르기 때문에 모든 의료법인들에 일반화하는 데에 한계가 있었다. 둘째, 이사와 이사장과의 관계를 보고자 했을 때 처의 3촌 이내의 부계혈족 및 배우자 등은 포함되지 않는 관계로 이사장의 처쪽 친인척관계는 알기 어려웠다. 셋째, 부도가 났었던 병원에 대한 내용은 보건복지부 관리 자료에 있는 자금 부족과 무리한 증축 공사 등이었고 그 밖의 내부적인 사정은 파악할 수 없었다. 이상의 결과들을 볼 때 13개의 사례 병원들 중에서 초대 이사장이 의사인 병원이 11개였는데 이렇게 이사장이 의사인 경우가 의사가 아닌 경우보다 이사들의 변동이 적었다. 특히 초대 이사장이 의사이면서 현재까지 계속되는 경우는 이사들의 변동이 아주 적었다. 감사의 경우는 대부분의 병원들이 이사장이나 이사들과 인척 관계를 보였다. 따라서 이사회를 구성하는 것은 병원에 대한 통제권을 행사하는데 있다. 그러나 실제적으로 병원은 소유구조가 집중화된 상태에 있고 이사들의 친 인척 비가 높은 것을 감안하였을 때 아직은 감시 체제가 확립되지 못했다고 사려되기 때문에 이에 대한 다른 대응책이 요구된다. [영문] In this study we opportunistically sampled 13 cases from 141 OECF, KFW loan hospitals and hospitals located in more than 2 provinces, that are monitored and managed by Ministry of Health and Welfare for understanding the hospital ownership structures in Korea. The purposes of this study are as follows: 1. Describe the cases of hospitals for ownership structures in Korea. 2. Focus on the changes in CEOs and the relationship between CEOs and members of the board for ownership structure.And the result of this study is as follows: 1. Members of the board changed frequently after replacement of a new CEO. 2. According to board members of case 2 and case 7, all the members of the board were non-physicians but in case 1, case 10 and case 13, all the members of the board were physicians. 3. To understand hospital ownership structure, we saw relations between CEOs and members of the board. In case 3, case 5 and case 10, there were no relatives among board members, but most of the cases, except case 13, there were more than 50.0% non-relatives in members of the board. In case 13 there were more relatives than non-relatives among board members. 4. Case 2, case 3 and case 8 were dishonored because of the financial problems \and expansion of hospital sizes. There are several problems in this study and they are as follows: 1. There were certain limitations to generalize to all hospitals in Korea because of sample sizes. 2. There were difficulties understanding further relationship between CEOs and members of the borad because we couldn't find out CEO's wife's relatives. 3. Couldn't get no further inter-hospital circumstances of the dishonored hospitals because of no other informations in managed files of Ministry of Health and Welfare. Among 13 hospitals, 11 hospitals had physician CEOs and hospitals with physician CEO, there were less changes in members of the board than hospitals with non-physician CEOs. Especially hospitals with physician CEOs, who are keeping their positions continuously until now, changed the board members much less than non-physician CEOs. Most of the inspectors of hospitals had relationship with the CEOs. Constructuring the board is to use control over hospital but actually ownership structure of hospital is concentrated and considering the high rate of relatives among the board members, monitoring system is yet to be established and so other counterplots are recommendable.restrictio
