한국인 아동의 하악골 성장유형에 따른 안모변화에 관한 누년적 연구

치의학과/박사[영문] [한글] 두개 안면부에 있어서 수직성장과 수평성장은 성장이 끝날 때까지 계속되므로 안모의 변화가 계속 일어나게 되는데 이 같은 성장발육을 연구하는데는 한 개체에 대한 누년적인 연구가 필요되나 연구대상을 얻기가 어려운 실정이라 국내에서는 아직 미흡한 상태이므 로 저자는 남자 43명, 여자 47명을 6세부터 10세까지 5년간 매년 촬영한 두개계측사진을 자료로 SN-MP angle에 따라 3군으로 나누고, genial angle에 따라 2군으로 나누어 21개 계측항목에 대하여 누년적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. SN-MP angle Genial angle은 모든 군에서 연령의 증가에 관계없이 변화하지 않았다. 2. 모든 군에서 경조직의 facial convexity는 연령의 증가에 따라 감소하였고, facial angle은 low SN-MP angle에서만 연령의 증가에 따라 증가하였으며 연조직의 facial conve xity는 연령의 증가에 관계없이 모두 변화가 없었다. 3. SN-MP angle이 큰 군은 작은 군에 비해 facial convexity는 더 크게 나타났으며 ang le은 더 작게 나타났고, 연조직의 facial convexity에서는 차이가 없었다. 4. 모든 군에서 SN-MP와 Posterior dental height/Anterior dental height 비교적 높은 역상관관계를 가졌다. 5. High gonial angle군은 low genial angle군에 비해 SN-MP angle, Anterior dental h eight, facial convexity등은 크게 나타났으나, mandibular length, Posterior dental he ight/Anterior dental height의 비에서는 작았다. Young Kyu Ryu,D.D.5.,Ph.D.) Vertical and horizontal growth occur in the craniofacial complex which ensues continuous changes in facial morphology, until the end of active growth period. Longitudinal study for individual is essential, in the research on growth and development, however, the difficulties in obtaining long term subjects in Korea, the research has been limited. The author analyzed the cephalometric roentgenogrems of 43 boys and 47 girls taken from the ages 6 to 10. The subjects were divided into 3 groups according to SN-MP angle and 2 groups according to genial angle. In this longitudinal study,21 variables were measured. The obtained results were as follows: 1. SN-MP angle and gonial angle had no significant changes in each group with age. 2. With age, facial convexity of hard tissue decreased in all groups, facial angle of hard tissue increased in low SN-MP angle group, but facial convexity of soft tissue had no significant changes in all groups with age. 3. In comparison of high SN-MP angle group and low SN-MP angle group, the former had greater facial convexity and smaller facial angle than the latter. 4. SN-MP angle and the ratio of posterior dental height to anterior dental height had reverse correlation in all groups. 5. High gonial angle group revealed larger SN-MP angle, anterior dental heights facial convexity, but smaller mandibular length, and the ratio of posterior dental height to anterior dental height compared with low gonial angle group.restrictio
