    Preparation and Properties of Low Swelling Anion Exchange Membranes for Fuel Cells

    Numerical Simulation of Cigarette Smoldering

    为了描述卷烟阴燃过程的二维数学模型,用fluEnT软件模拟了卷烟的阴燃过程,包括卷烟燃烧过程中发生的水分蒸发反应,烟草热解和氧化反应,以及质量传递、能量传递和动量传递。分析了不同时刻温度分布,烟气中氧气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳和水蒸气的浓度分布,并将模拟得到的卷烟阴燃线性燃烧速度(lbr)和最高阴燃温度值与实验值进行对比,其中实验测得的lbr为0.38 CM/MIn,而模拟值为0.44CM/MIn,最高温度的实验值和模拟值均在900~1000 k之间,说明模拟值与实验值基本相符。To develop a 2D mathematical model of cigarette smoldering process, the process was simulated with Fluent software, which included water evaporation, tobacco pyrolysis and oxidation reaction, and the transfer of mass, energy and momentum.The temperature distribution at different time and the concentration distribution of O2, CO, CO2and water vapor in the smoke were analyzed.The simulated value of linear burning rate(LBR) of smoldering was of 0.44 cm/minute, the experimental LBR value of 0.38 cm/minute; both the simulated and experimental values of maximum smoldering temperature were in the range of 900-1000 K,which indicated that the simulated values and the experimental values were basically agreed with each other

    以含氟聚芳醚为聚合物主链,通过接枝具有三功能位点的2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚(TDAP)和1-溴己铵离子液体(Br-6-QA),成功制备; 了一系列新型的具有密集柔性侧链的聚芳醚类阴离子交换膜DFHF-TQA-x.疏水含氟主链和密集柔性侧链功能基团的引入有效促进了膜内亲水离子区域的聚; 集,DFHF-TQA-x膜显示出良好的微相分离结构,且在较低离子交换容量和含水率的情况下能获得较高电导率.DFHF-TQA-0.75膜在80℃下; 达最高电导率76.1mS/cm,在60 ℃单电池测试电流密度为150mA/cm~2时达最大功率密度80.7 mW/cm~2,可适用于燃料电池.Synthesis of a series of novel fluorine-containing poly(arylene; ether)based AEMs with multifunctionalized flexible pendant ammonium; cations(DFHF-TQA-x)is reported.Hydroxyl-bearing 2,4,6-tri(dimethyl; aminomethyl)-phenol(TDAP)trifunctional moieties is grafted onto; fluorine-bearing poly(arylene ether)matrix,followed by functionalization; with bromine-bearing(u-bromoalkyl)trimethyl ammonium (Br-n -QA).The; incorporation of the multi-functionalized pendant ammonium cations; facilitates the aggregation of the ionic clusters leading to the; formation of hydrophilic/hydrophobic microphase separation.As a; result,an enhancement of OH-conductivity in low IEC and water uptake can; be achieved.Specially,the DFHF-TQA-0.75membrane achieves the; OH-conductivity of 76.1mS/cm at 80℃ and the fuel cell test exhibits a; peak power density of 80.7mW/cm~2 at the current density of 150 mA/cm~2; at 60℃,indicating the DFHF-TQA-x membranes good candidates for; application in fuel cells.国家自然科学基
