角果藜的地上地下结果性与种子萌发行为

对角果藜(Ceratocarpus arenarius L.)的种子形态进行了观测,并进行了种子萌发实验,探讨了角果藜的地上地下结果特性。结果表明:角果藜的地上果实和地下果实的颜色、大小、质量均存在差异;种子的异质性导致了地上种子、地下种子(果实)的不同萌发行为;角果藜地上种子、地下种子的萌发率均较低,分别为32%、27%(30d)(5℃/25℃);划破种皮可显著提高地上种子和地下种子的萌发率(P<0.05);延长储藏时间能显著提高地上种子的萌发率(P<0.05),也能部分提高地下种子的萌发率,表明地上种子和地下种子均属于生理休眠,但地上种子的休眠程度浅;角果藜的地上地下结果性是对荒漠极端环境适应的一种特殊繁殖策略

An Analysis of Influence Factors on Rural Labor's Cross-border Employment——Based on a case study about T-village in Puyang city of Henan province

随着工业化和城市化的快速发展,农村劳动力向非农产业转移成为必然趋势,在工业化和城市化初期,就地转移和向城市转移是主要转移方式。但是,随着全球化的发展和城市吸纳就业能力的下降,对外劳务输出逐渐成为我国农村劳动力向外转移的“第三条道路“。本文以河南省濮阳市的T村为个案,利用劳动力迁移理论,探讨了农业大省农村劳动力跨境就业的影响因素,并以此为基础提出了相关政策建议。With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the rural labors transfer| into non-agricultural in-dustries is an inevitable trend,in the initial stage,situ metastasis and migration to the town are the main ways.As the global-ization and decreasing of the urban ability to absorb employment,going abroad becomes the third-way for China’s rural labor.This article takes T village in Puyang city of Henan province for a case and uses the Labor migration theories to discuss the factors that influence the rural labor migration,and gives some policy recommendations on the basis of analysis.教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”资助;国家社会科学基金项目(项目编号:07BSH034)支
