    乌蔹莓化学成分的初步探究

    目的:系统性研究福建道地药材乌蔹莓的有效成分。方法:运用大孔树脂,Sephadex LH-20,ODS及正相硅胶柱等色谱手段对乌蔹莓Cayratia japonica的全草进行分离。结果:从中得到13个化合物,通过多种波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构,确定其分别为木犀草素(1),芹菜素(2),柠檬酸三乙酯(3),吲哚-3-甲醛(4),秦皮乙素(5),邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯(6),calendin(7),反式咖啡酸乙酯(8),木犀草素7-O-葡萄糖苷(9),5-hydroxy-3,4-dimethyl-5-pentyl-2(5H)-furanone(10),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(11),圣草酚(12),胡萝卜苷(13)。结论:其中3~8及10~12均为首次从乌蔹莓中分离得到

    目的:系统研究中药小槐花中的化学成分。方法:利用大孔树脂,Sephadex LH-20,ODS及正相硅胶柱等色谱手段进行分离,通过多种波谱学数据分析进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从小槐花60%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,经结构鉴定分别为豆甾醇(1),β-谷甾醇(2),柠檬酚(3),黄槿酮A(4),异柠檬酚(5),kenusanone I(6),neophellamuretin(7),清酒缸酚(8),古柯三醇(9),黄槿酮D(10),山柰酚(11),8-prenylquercetin(12),leachianone G(13),5,7,4'-三羟基-二氢黄酮醇(14),4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-3,5,7-trihydroxy-8-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-,(2R-trans)-(9CI)(15)。结论:除化合物8外,所有化合物均为从该种植物中首次分离得到

    新疆伊犁河谷沙漠沉积的稀土元素特征及其环境意义

    以伊犁河谷西部塔克尔莫乎尔沙漠内的可克达拉(TKP)剖面作为研究对象开展了稀土元素特征分析,结合方解石变化特征,探讨沙漠沉积稀土元素与环境变化间的关系。研究结果表明TKP剖面的稀土元素总量(不含Y)平均为130.90&mu;g/g,变化范围为32.88 ~ 238.58&mu;g/g,整个剖面分配模式相似,缓右倾斜型,轻稀土适度富集,&delta;Ce,&delta;Eu和LREE/HREE比值相近,Eu中度负异常,未见明显Ce异常,指示剖面物质来源的一致性和总体干旱、半干旱的气候环境。包括Ce在内的各稀土元素、EREE以及LREE/HREE在垂向变化上高度相关,并与方解石含量存在较好的相关关系,表明其与气候变化密切相关,在干旱区的沙漠沉积中稀土元素对古气候变化具有良好的指示作用,并据此重建了晚全新世以来伊犁河谷的气候演变过程。</p

    对晚更新世以来,伊犁地区与典型黄土高原地区黄土的稀土元素(REE)特征差异研究表明,伊犁盆地黄土剖面的REE特征不仅在含量上与典型黄土区的相似,分馏特征也基本相似,呈斜&quot;L&quot;型的分布模式,均发生轻、重稀土分异,分布曲线为负斜线,表现出中度的Eu负异常,Ce异常不明显,意味着晚更新世以来,不同地区黄土的物质来源具有一定的相似性。研究还发现,伊犁地区与黄土高原地区的稀土元素特征存在细微差异,昭苏黄土平均的稀土元素总量略高于昭苏古土壤平均值,与典型黄土区不同,这可能是由伊犁地区粉尘来源及其沉积环境的差异所致,且晚更新世以来不同区域黄土剖面REE特征参数三角图解也证实了这点。</p

    As one of the most important post-translational modifications, protein glycosylation has a significant effect on the structures and functions of proteins. Many low-abundance endogenous glycoproteins/glycopeptides in the serum or tissue extracts are biomarkers with higher clinical sensitivity and specificity, which could provide valuable information to explore the pathogenesis of many diseases, discover disease biomarkers and develop proteins based new drugs. However, it is still a great challenge for glycoproteomics to selectively separate and enrich the glycoproteins/glycopeptides from the complex biological samples due to their extremely low concentrations. Nanoparticle materials have been attracted much attention in the separation and enrichment of glycoproteins/glycopeptides due to their large surface to volume ratio, numerous affinity sites and unique structures. In this work, the recent progress for the separation and enrichment of glycoproteins/glycopeptides based on the nanoparticles, including gold, SiO2, TiO2, nanodiamond and polymer nanoparticles are reviewed. Finally, the challenges and prospects for the methods of the separation and enrichment of glycoproteins/glycopeptides are briefly proposed
