    Oncolytic virus and cancer therapy

    溶瘤病毒是目前恶性肿瘤治疗领域中较有前景的新型基因治疗药物,其通过选择性杀伤肿瘤细胞和诱导机体产生特异的抗肿瘤免疫两种途径来实现肿瘤靶向治疗的目的,从而达到较好的抗肿瘤效果。现对溶瘤病毒的溶瘤机制、临床研究、联合治疗和当前挑战及未来展望等方面进行综述。Oncolytic virus are therapeutically promising anticancer viruses that selectively kill cancer cells and induce host anti-tumor immune responses.     溶瘤病毒因具有选择性杀伤肿瘤细胞的特性,已成为目前较有前景的肿瘤治疗类药物。溶瘤病毒疗法的安全性和有效性在临床中已得到证实,但由于恶性肿瘤高度的; 异质性和复杂性使得溶瘤病毒单药治疗肿瘤的效果受限,因此溶瘤病毒联合其他肿瘤治疗药物一起协同治疗肿瘤将是未来肿瘤治疗的重要发展方向之一,有望为肿瘤; 的治疗带来新的突破。新近研究表明,不同的小分子抑制剂可通过多种机制控制肿瘤生长,其在体外协同溶瘤病毒能达到更优的肿瘤治疗效果。本文就目前溶瘤病毒; 联合小分子抑制剂治疗肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。Due to thier characteristic feature of selectively killing cancer cells,; oncolytic virus has been considered one of the promising agents for; cancer treatment. The safety and efficacy of oncolytic virotherapy has; been proved in multiple clinical trials. But so far oncolytic virus has; been demonstrated limited efficacy as single therapeutic agent in the; clinical setting of malignant cancer with high heterogeneity and; complexity. Combination treatment of oncolytic virus and other; anti-cancer drugs could be an important research direction in the; future, which is expected to bring new therapeutic options for cancer; patients. Recent research has demonstrated that small molecule; inhibitors can target cancer cells by different mechanisms. Combination; of small molecule inhibitors with oncolytic virus may result in; synergistic antitumor effects both in vivo and in vitro. We summarize; current progress of combination therapy using oncolytic virus and small; molecule inhibitors for cancer treatment

    Preparation and Application of AlC_4Pc-Magnetic Silica Nanotubes

    In this study,we report the preparation and application of the AlC4Pc-magnetic silica nanotubes(AlC4Pc-MSNs),which was synthesized via alumina template membrane method.The synthesized outer-NH2-magnetic silica nanotubes(outer-NH2-MSNs)were characterized by TEM,SEM,EDS and SQUID.Besides these,UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra were also recorded,which further indicate that the AlC4Pc-MSNs have the similar features with free AlC4Pc.The AlC4Pc-MSNs not only have all the advantages of silica nanotubes,but also can be easily separated from the solution by external magnetic field.On the basis of the merits mentioned above,AlC4Pc-MSNs was used for the detection of pH value.Our work herein reveals that the outer-NH2-MSNs will be a promising platform for the applications of the targeting drug delivery,DNA transfection,selective separation,catalyst carriers and so on.国家自然科学基金(批准号:20575055);; 国家基础科学人才培养基金(批准号:J0630429)资

    针对干旱区流域的特点,提出了可持续水资源管理的量化研究框架,重点内容包括量化准则、指标体系、基础模型和量化方法;提出了基于模拟和发展综合指标测度的可持续水资源管理量化研究方法(M-D方法).该方法采用模糊隶属度描述技术和多准则集成技术,计算发展综合指标测度,以定量表达经济社会可持续发展程度;采用数学模拟技术,定量描述水资源与经济社会、生态系统之间的互动关系,为定量表达水资源管理带来的经济社会发展态势奠定基础;基于二者的有机结合,在量化准则和其他约束条件下,建立可持续水资源管理量化模型.并把M-D方法应用于新疆博斯腾湖流域,为该流域水资源管理提供科学方案

    一种木质素基碳纳米纤维的制备方法

    本发明提供了一种木质素基碳纳米纤维的制备方法。该方法采用静电纺丝工艺,以木质素与丙烯腈的共聚物作为纺丝液制备纤维,再经热稳定化处理和炭化处理制成碳纤维。由于木质素分子上接枝丙烯腈链段,使木质素与丙烯腈链段之间形成化学键,利用丙烯腈链段具有良好的热稳定性提高纤维在热稳定化处理过程中的耐熔融性,从而避免纤维之间发生熔并,并且可以将热稳定化处理中的升温速率提高到10~50℃-min甚至更高,有效提高了制备效率

    本文用细胞核移植方法,获得了不同属淡水硬骨鱼类之间的核质杂种鱼,即鲫鱼细胞核和鲤鱼细胞质配合的杂种鱼.从观察到的形态特征来看,不论在口须、咽喉齿、侧线鳞片数目、脊椎骨数目等方面,基本上相似于供体细胞核鱼(鲫鱼)的性状.这种杂种鱼已能饲养到性成熟阶段
