    The Difference of Luminous Performance Between Traditional Phosphor Packaging LED and Remote Phosphor LED

    研究了传统白光lEd与蓝光激发的球冠形远程荧光粉白光lEd在不同电流、不同热沉温度下的发光性能,并对其机理差异展开了探讨。实验结果表明:随热沉温度和驱动电流的上升,传统白光lEd的量子效率和电光转换效率急剧下降,并导致其y/b比(yEllOW/bluE rATIO)下降,相关色温上升。而在远程荧光粉白光lEd中,其量子效率、光转换效率和相关色温在相同实验条件下变化幅度都较小。由光强空间分布和y/b比空间分布可知,远程荧光粉白光lEd的光强分布呈类似蝠翼分布,且y/b比空间均匀性远大于传统白光lEd。Under different drive current and heat sink temperature,luminous performances as well as physical mechanisms were studied for both traditional phosphor-dispensing packaging white LED and blue light-converting hemisphere remote phosphor LEDs.With the increase of the heat sink temperature and the drive currents,the quantum efficiency and light conversion efficiency in the traditional phosphor-dispensing packaging white LED drop rapidly,which is responsible for the decrease of Y/B ratio(Yellow/Blue Ratio) and the apparent increase of CCT(correlated color temperature).However,the parameters of quantum efficiency,light conversion efficiency and CCT in blue light-converting hemisphere remote-phosphor packaging LEDs have little change under the same experimental conditions.In addition,the remote phosphor LEDs exhibit a batwing spatial luminous intensity distribution and the spatial Y/B ratio distribution is much more homogeneous compared with the traditional phosphor-dispensing packaging white LED.国家自然科学基金(11104230;61102030); 福建省产学研重大科技项目(2011H6025;2013H6024); 福建省重点科技项目(2012H0039)资

    【目的】 探讨自噬在血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ诱导心肌细胞肥大中的作用.【方法】 原代培养的乳鼠心肌细胞,采用Ang Ⅱ干预建立心肌肥大的模型;在光学显微镜下观察心肌细胞的形态,采用Real time PCR技术检测心肌细胞肥大标志物心房利钠多肽(ANP)的表达,Western blot法检测LC3蛋白的表达.【结果】 Ang Ⅱ可抑制自噬相关基因LC3蛋白的表达,自噬阻断剂3-甲基腺嘌呤(3MA)会促进AngⅡ诱导的心肌细胞肥大.【结论】 AngⅡ可能通过抑制自噬来诱导心肌细胞肥大

    lEd实时光谱能反映lEd动态光学特性的变化情况,光谱的测量要求光谱仪在合适的积分时间条件下完成从收集光子到处理数据的过程。利用Hr4000光谱仪、gS610源表和gPIb控制卡,开发了1套基于dElPHI7.0的实时光谱数据采集系统,该系统能快速、精确地采集lEd光谱并计算色坐标、色温、峰值波长等光学特性参数。同时还设计了1种基于二分法的自动设置光谱仪积分时间的计算方法,实现了对lEd稳态、瞬态光谱实时测试的数据采集和处理,并通过实验分析,研究了瞬态测量方法的可行性以及条件。Real-time spectrum can reflect dynamic optical properties of LEDs.To meet the spectrum measurement requirement,the spectrometer shall own the capability of collecting photons and processing the data under the appropriate integration time.By using HR4000 spectrometer,GS610 source and GPIB control card,a Delphi7-based spectral data acquisition system is developed,which can instantly and accurately collect LED spectrum and calculate other optical parameter,such as color coordinate,color temperature,peak wavelength.Besides,we designed an algorithm to set the integral time of spectrometer automatically based on the dichotomy method.The system can realize both the steady and transient data acquisition and processing of LED spectrum.By experimental analysis,the feasibility of transient measuring method and condition has also been studied.国家自然科学基金(11104230); 福建省重点项目(2012H0039); 福建省产学重大项目(2011H6025;2013H6024

    基于QICA的工作模态参数识别技术及其应用研究

    针对目前基于振动信号的工作模态参数识别方法存在抗噪能力低,参数识别主观经验性较强,识别精度差和识别方法较复杂等问题,研究了一种基于量子优化ICA的工作模态参数识别技术(Operational Model Analysis,OMA),通过齿轮箱LMS模态实验证明,QICA模态参数识别技术操作简单,能够有效排除噪声干扰。最后以QICA识别的齿轮箱五种工况模态频率作为故障诊断特征参量,分析对比各工况下的模态频率的变化,进行了齿轮箱故障诊断
