    急性闭角型青光眼是一种严重危害人体健康的疾病,由于其诊断和治疗手段的主观性,对其进行建模与仿真研究具有重要医学意义。以参数化人眼前节模型为基础,在后房高眼压的条件下,对眼前节进行有限元分析,得到相应的眼前节应力与位移分布。尝试以仿真方法对急性闭角型青光眼发病进程进行研究,力图获得定量分析结果。仿真结果表明,该有限元分析方法是可行且合理的。The researches on the field of modeling and simulation of acute angle- closure glaucoma(AACG) has great medicinal significance,as the subjectivity of the diagnosis and therapeutic tool for AACG,which is a serious disease.Finite element analysis was used to investigate anterior segment,which endures posterior chamber high intraocular pressure,as the basement of parameter anterior segment model.And the displacement and stress of anterior segment was obtained.In order to attain quantitative analysis of the results,computer simulation method was used to study the disease process.As the conclusion,it is shown that finite element analysis is feasible.国家自然科学基金(60601025)~

    Research on the Analysis Method for Red Tip of Tongue and Tongue Petechia

    舌尖红及舌尖瘀点分析是中医舌诊客观化研究的重要内容。在舌尖红分析部分,运用最佳阈值迭代算法使舌质跟舌苔分离,在HSI色彩空间对舌质及舌尖部分进行分析,判断舌尖红。对于舌尖瘀点,在运用数字图像处理技术初步的处理之后,主要通过区域生长方法对其进行研究。该文提出的舌尖红及舌尖瘀点的分析方法,可用于提取舌象特征信息,辅助推断中医证型,实验结果表明有效。The analysis of red tip of tongue and tongue petechia is significant to the studies on externalization of application of tongue inspection of Traditional Chinese Medicine.On the analysis of the red tip of tongue,the Optimal Threshold Iterated Algorithm is utilized in order to make the tongue coating separate from the tongue texture.It is diagnosed that whether the tip of tongue is red or not after analysing the tongue coating and the tip of tongue in HSI color space.About the tongue petechia,the digital image processing techniques are applied to the preliminary processing of the image.In the following step,the algorithm of Region Growing is adopted.The analysis method for red of tongue and tongue petechia proposed in this paper can be used to extract the feature information of tongue image and assist the diagnosis of TCM syndrome type.Experimental results verified the effectiveness of the presented method.国家自然科学基金项目(编号:60701022、30770561); 卫生部科学研究基金-福建省卫生教育联合攻关计划资助项目(编号:WKJ2008-2-041)~
