    Combustion Oxidation Coupled to Ion Chromatography to Determine Chlorine and Sulfur Content in Methanol and Charcoal Using I~-/I_3~- Solution as the Absorbent

    提出采用燃烧氧化偶联离子色谱法测定甲醇、碳黑中的氯和硫的含量。方法通过在管式炉中燃烧将甲醇、碳黑中的氯及硫转化为Cl2、HCl,SO2,SO3等气态物质。选用I-/I3-溶液作为燃烧产物的吸收剂。I-/I3-溶液既作氧化剂又作还原剂,将Cl2、HCl转化为Cl-,将SO2、SO3转化为SO42-。用离子色谱法测量吸收剂中Cl-和SO42-的含量进而推算甲醇、碳黑中氯和硫的含量。实验结果表明,该方法简单、准确、灵敏。氯和硫的检出限分别为9.71μg/g和1.64μg/g。A new method has been developed to determine chlorine and sulfur content in methanol and charcoal by using combustion oxidation coupled to ion chromatography.Through combustion oxidation,the chlorine and sulfur in methand or charcoal was converted to chlorine and chlorine hydride,and sulfur dioxide respectively.Using I~-/I~-_3 solution as the absorbent,they were converted to chloride and sulfate ions,respectively.These ions were then determined directly by ion chromatography.The difference between the developed method and the others is that this method use cheap and convenient porcelain boat and the tubal stove was used as a reactive device,and efficient and stable I~(-)/I~-_(3)solution as the absorbent.The method is economic,simple,accurate and sensitive.The detection limit of the method is 9.71×10~(-6) μg/g for Cl and 1.64×10~(-6) μg/g for S.福建省重大科技项目(No.2003Y010

    Effect of Surface Processing on The Performance of Low-cost Multi-crystalline Silicon Solar Cells

    通过沉积SInX薄膜和H2退火表面处理工艺对低成本多晶硅太阳电池进行了处理,对表面处理前后的电池效率进行了对比测试,详细地研究了这两种表面处理工艺对电池的短路电流、开路电压、填充因子和转换效率的影响。实验发现,沉积了SInX薄膜的低成本多晶硅太阳电池的效率在原有基础上提高了1.8%左右;而经过H2退火后的电池效率则出现了效率衰减。与此同时,对成本相对高的太阳能级多晶硅电池也进行了H2退火,与低成本多晶硅电池相比,其效率增加明显,与低成本太阳电池呈现了相反的现象。最后分析了两种表面处理工艺对电池性能造成影响的原因。Two surface processing methods,which includes depositing SiNxthin film on the cells and annealing the cells in H2,were carried out on low-cost multi-crystalline silicon solar cells.The efficiency of the solar cells was tested before and after the surface processing.And the effects of the two surface processing methods on the short-circuit current,open-circuit voltage, fill factor and efficiency were carried out in this paper.The results show that the efficiency of the low-cost solar cells is improved by 1.8%after depositing SiNxthin film on the cells,but after H2 annealing,the efficiency is degraded.And high-cost solar-graded multi-crystalline silicon solar cells are also annealed in H2 atmosphere,but its efficiency increases,which shows different tendency compared to low-cost multi-crystalline silicon solar cells.Finally the factors resulting in different effects by the two methods are analyzed and discussed.福建省自然科学基金项目(2012J05122); 福建省教育厅B类项目(JB11147

    应用酶反应催化性能高,反应选择性好以及离子色谱法快速、灵敏、准确的特点,率先提出酶 离子色谱法检测葡萄糖的新方法.在含葡萄糖样品溶液中加入一定量的葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD),在葡萄糖氧化酶的催化下,被测葡萄糖被氧化产生H2O2,生成的H2O2与加入的NO-3用离子色谱定性和定量测定.因为被2进一步反应,生成的NO-测的葡萄糖与生成的NO-3的浓度计算出葡萄糖的含量.测定葡萄糖的线性范围3存在定量关系,从而可以由NO-在5~100mg/L,测定了市售葡萄糖和蜂蜜中葡萄糖的含量,回收率分别为94%和94.5%.It is well known that enzyme reactions usually proceed with good efficiency and good selectivity. Ion chromatography is rapid, sensitive and precise. The two excellent methods were combined to make a enzymeion chromatography to determine glucose. Glucose was oxidized with the catalysis of glucose oxidase to produce hydrogen peroxid, which could oxidize added nitrite into nitrate. Then nitrate was determinated by ion chromatography. According to the peak height change of nitrate caused by glucose, glucose could be quantitatively determined with the linear range of its concentration in 5~100 mg/L. The method was applied to analysis glucose in two food samples, with 94 and 94.5 recovery percent respectively

    在实验室批量培养条件下,测定了海洋微藻培养体系中碱性磷酸酶活力(APA)和各形态溶解磷的动态变化,分析了二者之间的关系.结果表明,在批量培养过程中,APA的动态变化呈“S“形曲线,各形态溶解磷在其变化过程中所起的调控作用不同,介质中溶解无机磷和小分子溶解有机磷的浓度是激发APA发生变化的主要调控因子,大分子溶解有机磷的浓度对APA的作用不明显,但APA的增大可加速微藻利用大分子溶解有机磷的速率.微藻的种类和丰度不影响APA的动态变化形式及其调控机理.It was thought that phosphorus licited the primary productivity in lake while nitrogen in ocean, but recent studies showed that phosphorus limited the phytoplankton growth in the specific coastal waters, results also indicated that Phytoplankton could utilize dissolved organic phosphorus (DOP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP) played an important role in the utilization of DOP.However, the variation and controlling mechanism of AP are still poorly understood.The present study focused on the effects of different species of dissolved phosphorus on the variation of AP in algal batch culture.The results showed that vacation of airline phosphatase activity (APA) was closed to "S" curve, different spotes of dissolved phosphorus had different effects on APA.The concentrations of dissolved inorganic phosphorus and small moleculal dissolved organic phosphorus had a sighficant effect on APA, while the concentration of large molecular dissolved organic phosphorus (LDOP) has little effect on APA, but the increasing of APA could accelerate the decomposing of LDOP in the medium.Results also showed that algae species and abundance had little effect on APA.国家自然科学基金!4920606
