Association of Ig/C3 Two-component-determined Circulating Immune Complexes with Humoral Immunity in Healthy Individuals
采用直线相关分析法 ,较系统地研究了健康人 Ig/ C3双特异性循环免疫复合物 (Ig M/ C3-TCIC、Ig G/ C3- TCIC和 Ig A/ C3- TCIC)与 Ig M、Ig G、Ig A和 C3的相关性 ,比较了 Ig/ C3- TCIC和C3/ Ig- TCIC分别与有关体液免疫指标关系的异同 .结果发现 ,Ig M/ C3- TCIC与总 Ig M和总 Ig A以及复合 Ig G和复合 Ig A呈显著正相关 ;Ig G/ C3- TCIC与复合 Ig G和复合 Ig A呈显著正相关 ;Ig A/C3- TCIC与总 Ig M、总 Ig G、总 Ig A、复合 Ig M和复合 Ig G以及总 C3呈显著正相关 .Ig/ C3- TCIC与Ig和 C3的有关结果并不完全等同于有关 C3/ Ig- TCIC与 Ig和 C3的相互关系的报道 ,但从酶标抗体占主导作用和复合物构成的分子比来分析 ,则可得到其免疫生物学意义基本相同的结论 .Correlation of Ig/ C 3 two component determined circulating immune complexes(Ig/ C 3 TCIC、Ig/ C 3 TCIC和Ig/ C 3 TCIC) with Ig M , Ig G , Ig A and C 3 has been characterized in healthy individuals. Furthermore,the differences and similarities between both Ig/ C 3 TCIC and C 3/Ig TCIC with humoral immune markers have been compared. The results showed that the positive correlation happened between Ig M / C 3 TCIC and total Ig M , total Ig A , complexed Ig G , complexed Ig A , between Ig G / C 3 TCIC and complexed Ig G , complexed Ig A , and between Ig A / C 3 TCIC and total Ig M 、total Ig G , total Ig A ,complexed Ig M , complexed Ig G , total C 3.These results are not same to those from association of C 3/Ig TCIC with Ig and C 3. Correlation of C_3/Ig Two-Component-Determined Circulating Immune Complexes with Humoral Immunity in HBsAg Asymptomatic Carriers
目的 研究 HBs Ag无症状携带者 (ASC)的体液免疫反应。方法 采用直线相关分析法 ,较系统地研究ASC的 C3/ Ig双特异性循环免疫复合物 (C3/ Ig M- TCIC、C3/ Ig G- TCIC和 C3/ Ig A- TCIC)与 Ig M、Ig G、Ig A和 C3的相关性。结果 在健康对照组的诸种具有相关关系的指标中 ,ASC仅在 C3/ Ig M- TCIC与总和游离 Ig M以及 C3/ Ig G- TCIC与总和游离 Ig A具正相关与之一致。此外 ,ASC的 C3/ Ig G- TCIC与复合 Ig A呈显著负相关 ,而健康人与之无关。结论 ASC确存在体液免疫调节紊乱。其中最主要的是具有重要中和作用的 Ig G类抗体产生不足Objective:To study humoral response in HBsAg asymptomatic carries(ASC).Methods:Association of C 3/Ig two component determined circulating immune complexes(C 3/Ig TCIC:C 3/IgM TCIC,C 3/IgG TCIC and C 3/IgA TCIC)with IgM,IgG,IgA and C 3 has been characterized by correlation analysis.Results:Compared with correlation markers from the healthy controls,only positive correlation of C 3/IgM TCIC with total and free IgM and C 3/IgG TCIC with total and free IgA occurred in ASC.Conclusion:There is indeed a regulation disorder of humoral immune in ASC,in which low neutralizing antibody of IgG class is a main problem.福建省自然科学基金重点资助项目 (C970 16
Study on the Two-Component-Determined Circulating Immune Complexes in Hyperthyroidism
采用捕捉法 EL ISA,检测 10 8例甲亢患者的抗体 /补体类双特异性免疫复合物 (Ig- C3- TCIC)和抗体 /抗体类双特异性免疫复合物 (Ig/Ig- TCIC) .结果发现 ,甲亢患者除了 C3/Ig A- TCIC含量显著高于健康人 ,C3/Ig M- TCIC与健康人无显著性差异外 ,Ig M/C3- TCIC、Ig G/C3- TCIC、Ig A/C3-TCIC和 C3/Ig G- TCIC的含量均显著低于健康人 ;各类 Ig/Ig- TCIC含量 ,除 Ig A/Ig M- TCIC与健康人无显著差异外 ,其余均显著高于健康人 .结果表明 ,甲亢患者排除“异己”抗原的能力低下 ,而免疫调节水平紊乱 ,从而出现过高的免疫应答 .也证明甲亢患者存在整体的体液和细胞免疫紊乱Capture ELISA methods were used to detect two component determined circulating immune complexes(TCIC) of Ig C3 and Ig/Ig (Ig C3 TCIC and Ig/Ig TCIC) in 108 cases of hyperthyroidism. It was found that IgM/C3 TCIC?IgG/C3 TCIC?IgA/C3 TCIC and C3/IgG TCIC were significantly lower, although the amount of C3/IgA TCIC was significantly higher in patients with hyperthyroidism than that in healthy controls,and there was no difference of C3/IgM TCIC between them. Except for IgA/IgM TCIC, furthermore, the levels of Ig/Ig TCIC were significantly higher in the patients than in the control. These findings suggest that the patients have weak function in excluding "nonego" antigens. Moreover, there is immune response over normality in the patients because of the disorder of immuno regulation. Study of Humoral Immune Statue in Patienst With Graves' Disease
为全面评价甲亢(grAVES病)患者的体液免疫状态,以108例患者和215例健康者分别为试验组和对照组,按血清总、游离和复合IgM、Igg、IgA、C3及非特异性免疫复合物等14个指标进行比较研究。结果发现,患者的总和游离IgM、C3显著升高,而复合Ig和C3均显著下降,且与有关特异性临床实验室指标有关;在总和游离Ig池无明显改变和复合Ig池显著下降的基础上,各Ig比例均发生变化。这些结果提示,grAVES病存在整体的体液免疫紊乱。同时说明,复合Ig检测和Ig池比例研究的重要性。aking 108 cases of Graves'disease as a test group and 215 healthy individuals as a control one,Fourteen markers composed by serum total,Free and comlexed IgM,IgG,IgA,C3,and nonspeciFic immune complexes have comparatively been studied For evaluating humoral statue in patients with Graves' disease entirely.These results showed that the patients were characterized in higher total and Free IgM,C3,and lower complexed Ig and C3,which were associated with some clinical speciFic markers;and in changes of Ig ratios based on their stable total and Free Ig pools and lower complexed Ig pools.These Findings suggest that there are entierly humoral immune disorder in patients with this disease,and detecting complexed Ig and studying Ig ratios in their pools are important.福建省自然科学基
波士顿蕨~(60)Co-γ射线辐射育种研究
以波士顿蕨(Nephrolepis exaltata‘Bostoniensis Murano’)的绿色球状体(Green Globular Bodies,GGB)为辐照材料,采用不同剂量的~(60)Co-γ射线处理,结合组织培养技术进行育种研究。结果表明:绿色球状体辐照半致死剂量约为128 Gy。随着辐照剂量的增加,绿色球状体的增殖和分化受到抑制。绿色球状体辐射表型损伤表现为:颜色变深,变紧实,增殖和分化受抑制;细胞学损伤表现为:胚性细胞减少,出现微核。50~200 Gy剂量下,随着辐照剂量的增加,绿色球状体分化植株变矮,叶形变异率增加。在150 Gy剂量下筛选得到叶片变异性状显著的突变体Neg1
