    环境因子对微藻胞外多聚物主要组分的影响

    胞外多聚物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)对于微藻细胞的生长和用途具有重要的影响.以1株葡萄藻、1株栅藻和2株小球藻为研究对象,考察氮源含量改变时微藻EPS中主要组分多糖和蛋白质的变化情况.选取长势最优的葡萄藻,研究pH值、温度和培养方式对EPS组分的影响.结果表明:缺氮的生长环境会引起EPS中蛋白质含量的减少,最多可减少56.0%;微藻EPS中最多的是胞外多糖,占总EPS组分的58.08%~80.78%,而胞外蛋白质含量则占5.73%~13.45%;相比葡萄藻和栅藻,小球藻胞外存在更多的多糖和蛋白质.对于葡萄藻,pH值为11时EPS中多糖和蛋白质含量(按每克细胞计)与pH值为7时相比分别增加0.135和0.018g;降低温度使EPS多糖含量从0.014g急剧增加到0.600g;异养培养时EPS中多糖含量更高而自养培养时蛋白质含量更高.国家自然科学基金(21736009);;福建省高校青年自然基金重点项目(JZ160401);;厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20173018

    以鼻咽癌患者和对照组的 6 4例样本的微量元素含量及其比值作多元统计分析 ,建立判别方程、回归方程和主成分方程 .应用所建立的方程对 6 4个训练样本进行判别分类 ,分类准确率为 94% .此方法可应用于临床作为鼻咽癌的辅助诊断Trace element contents and their ratios of 64 samples of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and control groups were used to perform multivariate analysis to establish discriminatory equation, linear regression equation and principal component equation. The estabished equations were farther used to do discriminatory classification of 64 samples. By resubstitution test 94% accuracy is obtained. The method can be used in clinical as an assistant diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

    以机体硒水平、gSH-PX、SOd的活性、相关的抗癌致癌元素的综合效应比值、食管癌死亡率与硒等元素的多元回归分析及MdA的含量等综合指标,评价食管癌患者的硒营养状况.结果表明,食管癌患者的营养状况差,表现为:硒水平低、含硒酶gSg-PX以及抗氧自由基的SOd活性差,脂质过氧化加剧;MdA含量高将使核酸、蛋白质等含氨基活性物质产生交联反应而使细胞失活.食管癌患者硒营养状况差,与癌肿的一定相关关系,是否确为致癌因素,有待深入研究.The contents of anticancer elements(Se,Zn,Cu),cancinogenic ele-ments(As,Ni,Cd),MDA and activities of enzymes(GSH-Px and SOD)were determinetedin samples of hairs,bloods and cancercus tissues of patient with esohageal carcinoma and insamples of blood of comparison(normal adult ).The comprehensive eFFicient ratios of can-cinogenic vs.anticancer elements were calculated.These valuse were used as biochemical in-dices to appaise Se-nutritional status in patients.The results show that there are diFFerenceswith obvious signiFicance(P<0.05~0.01 ) between EC-patients and control.It suggestedthat Se-nutritional status of EC-patients are bad,may be one of cancinogenic danger Factorsto EC-patients

The content of TE in Astragalus was used as analytical index. The Grey Relation Analysis method was employed to describe close or distant relationship of the TE spectrum feature of Astragalus in different producing areas. The results show that the different species of Astragalus can be easily recognized by Grey Correlation Coefficient. It provides the discriminating method to study the genuine Chinese traditional medicine

    应用计算机对汕头地区的食管癌高中低发区的204份健康人尿样的微量元素谱进行单因素的均值方差分析和Q检验.用90例的观测值建立判别函数,应用该函数识别不同地区的微量元素谱,其判别效应经方差分析,P值<0.01,回判准确率83.3%;对同时测定的114例观测值进行分类判别,识别的准确率达76.3%.The contents of 16 trace elements(TE) in 90 urinary samples collected from the high, medial and low incidence of esophageal cancinoma(EC) districts (Shantou area)were variance and multivariable stepwise discriminant analysed by computer.The stepwise discriminant equations were established by 8 variables.Applying the discriminant equation to the high,medial and low incidence.districts by resubstitution test 83.3% accuracy and to the other 114 samples accuracy is 76.3% Thus,these equations may provide a basis for prediction high,madial and low incidence of Esophageal cancer

    随机选取食管癌高低发区健康人60例,服用脯氨酸,采集晨尿,测定13种微量元素和亚硝基脯氨酸的含量,进行统计学分析:各指标的均值T检验、等级相关、剂量-效应及n-亚硝基脯氨酸相对生成率的u检验.结果表明:与n-亚硝基脯氨酸合成量呈正相关的元素是铍、铬、镍,呈负相关的有硒、钼、砷(P<0.05~0.01).healthy adult were randomly selected from the districts of high and low incidence of Esophageal cancer.They were asked to take proline and the 13 trace elements(TE) and N nitroproline (NPRO) in their urine of the next morning were determined. The contents of TE and NPRO were used to perform statistical analysis:t test of value of variable, Rank correlation, Dosage effect, and U test of relativity NPRO and TE.It was suggested that there is a negative correlation between contents of As, Mo, Se and NPRO synthesis in body which the positive one is for Be,Cr and Ni
