    Comparative Proteomic Analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana Root in Response to Calcium under Aluminum Stress

    近年来,酸雨已成为世界重大环境问题,它加速了土壤酸化,使土壤铝会以各种离子型态释放进入土壤溶液,对植物产生毒害。如今,铝毒已经成为一个世界性的限制酸性土壤上植物生长的主要因子。 钙对植物的生长具有重要的意义。许多的研究表明,钙能够缓解铝胁迫,但缓解的机制尚不清楚。目前对钙缓解铝胁迫机制的研究主要集中在Ca和Al的竞争性取代以及生理水平,但蛋白分子水平的研究几为空白。本实验以模式植物拟南芥(Arabidopsisthaliana)为材料运用差异蛋白组学的方法第一次从蛋白水平上全面地研究在钙的作用下受到铝胁迫的拟南芥蛋白的差异表达情况,初步探讨钙缓解铝毒害的机制。主要研究结果如下: (1)随着...Recent years, acid rain has become a major worldwide environmental issue.
