    自组装膜(Self-AssembledMonolayers,SAMs)是近20年来发展起来的较为活跃的前沿研究领域。近年来,自组装单分子膜在纳米制造、分子器件、分子生物学、材料学、生物化学等领域都有着重要的应用潜力。3-巯基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTS)以其本身的特点在自组装膜研究领域中扮演着重要的角色。它一端含有-SH功能基团,能与金属形成共价键,而另外一端是三个硅氧烷功能基团对金属表面形成有效的保护膜。同时,利用水解的硅烷基团在非金属表面结合形成单分子层,而向外的-SH端具有强烈的亲金属性,在单层纳米粒子技术提供一个很好的媒介。本论文的研究目的在于用自组装技术在金属铜表面上制备具有优良缓蚀性能的...Self-Assembled Monolayers (SAMs) is one of the most popular studied fields.     将从极端耐盐的假单胞杆菌中克隆得到的3个基因 ,即转录调控因子基因、NADH脱氢酶Ⅱ基因和磷酸甘油磷酸酯酶基因转入淡水蓝藻Synechococcussp.PCC7942中 ,使受体藻对NaCl的耐受性从低于2.5%显著提高到4.5% ,进一步证明了这3个基因确实与生物的耐盐性密切相关。本实验为进一步培育耐盐经济作物奠定了基础。Three salt-tolerant-related genes, transcriptional regulator gene, NADH dehydrogenase II gene and phosphoglycolate phosphatase gene,which are cloned from Pseudomonas xiamenensis, a species of halophilic bacterium, have been transferred as a gene cluster to cyanobacterium Synechococcus sp. PCC 7942. As a result, the NaCl resistant level of the microorganism has been obviously raised from less than 2.5 % to 4.5 %. It shows that the three genes are close correlative to the ability of salt-resistance.     Corrosion Resistance of Copper Surface Modified with(3-Mercaptopropyl) Trimethoxysilane in NaOH Solution

    为了提高铜的耐蚀性,用自组装技术在铜表面上制备了3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTS)自组装膜。利用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜研究了该膜的结构,运用极化曲线和交流阻抗图谱等电化学方法考察了MPTS膜在0.5 mol/L NaOH溶液中对铜电极的缓蚀性能。结果表明,MPTS在铜表面可能以化学吸附方式强烈吸附到铜表面,同时在表面以Si-O-Si键自我交联形成了线性低聚物,MPTS浓度越高,其膜更致密。与裸铜电极相比,经MPTS修饰后的铜的腐蚀电位正移200mV,腐蚀电流降低一个数量级,其缓蚀效率为86.5%。Self-assembled monolayer film of(3-mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane(MPTS) was formed on electropolished surface to improve the corrosion resistance of copper.The structure of MPTS film was studied by using FTIR and SEM,and the inhibition effect of film was evaluated for copper in 0.5 mol/L NaOH solution using electrochemical linear polarization and AC impedance.The effects of deposit time and silane concentration were also discussed.The corrosion resistance of copper is improved markedly owing to the chemical absorption of MPTS on copper,and linear oligomer forms on the surface by cross-linking of Si-O-Si bonds.The higher is MPTS concentration,the more compact is the film.The corrosion potential of copper with MPTS film moves positive 200 mV,the corrosion current decreases an order of magnitude than that of blank copper,and the inhibition efficiency is 86.5%.MPTS monolayer retards the reduction of dissolved oxygen and inhibits the growth of copper oxide in the NaOH solution.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(E0210003

    应用自组装技术在铜电极表面上制备3巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷自组装膜.红外光谱研究该自组装膜结构,电化学方法考察3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷膜在5%NaCl溶液中对铜电极的缓蚀性能.结果表明,于不同浓度的3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷乙醇溶液中自组装的硅烷膜表现出较好的抗腐蚀性.A self-assembled monolayer of (3-mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane(MPTS) was formed on a electrochemical polished copper surface electrode. The corrosion protection abilities of the monolayer were evaluated in 5% NaCl solution using electrochemical linear polarization. The effects of deposition time and silane concentration on corrosion of copper were also discussed. The surface structure of MPTS films was measured by FT-IR and SEM. It was found that the corrosion resistance of copper was reduced markedly owing to the MPTS monolayers formation on copper. The MPTS monolayer retarded the reduction of dissolved oxygen and inhibited the growth of copper oxide in the NaCl solution. FT-IR results indicated the linkages of siloxane on copper suraface.     准噶尔盆地三个泉凸起石油地质综合研究及陆梁油田的发现

    该项目属于石油天然气科学技术领域。通过石油地质综合研究确定三个泉凸起中生界具有形成大中型油气田条件,建立了三个泉凸起"源外、沿梁、断控、阶状、次生"运聚模式,确定了侏罗系、白垩系为主要勘探目的层。在距盆1井西富凹陷约100公里的三个泉凸起西段,发现了亿吨级陆梁油田(探明石油地质储量11990万吨),首次在盆地白垩系勘探获得突破。在三个泉凸起东段侏罗系获得高产气流,首次发现该区石炭系烃源及油气。用源外沿梁运聚模式及白垩系成藏模式指导,先后又发现了石东、石南、白家海、卡因迪克、车排子等一批含油气构造,三级储量13346万吨。以石炭系烃源为依据,发现了滴西5、滴西8及吉15等含油气构造。在原有二维地震资料品质分析的基础上,为进一步提高资料品质,落实低幅度圈闭,因而部署实施418km三维地震。野外采集应用小道距、小偏移距、高频检波器,优化接受参数和加大表层结构调查力度、建立静校正模型等,处理应用噪声衰减(去噪)技术、反褶积技术、速度分析技术、地震正演模拟技术。通过采集处理攻关,地震资料质量大幅度提高,采用三维可视化及相干体等解释技术,识别出三个泉1号背斜11个高点,通过圈闭优选评价,先后部署陆9井等16口预探井,其中8口井获得商业油气流,预探成功率50%。陆梁油田白垩系油层具跨度大(上千米)、薄层、一砂一藏等特点,应用MDT等先进测井技术,解决了快速识别、评价油气层的难题。针对陆梁油田低压力系数、超长封固井段条件下采用超低密度水泥固井方案。从油田发现到探明仅用了一年半时间,部署评价井4轮18井,其中13口井获得商业油气流,评价成功率72%,高效快速探明近年来中国陆上埋藏最浅储层物性最好的沙漠整装陆梁油田。陆梁油田共计探明石油地质储量11990万吨,可采储量2880.1万吨,勘探投资28185万元,每吨可采储量直接勘探成本为9.79 元(合0.16美元/桶),勘探效果优。陆梁油田可建产能130万吨,已建产能106.35万吨。到2002年10月,已生产原油126.7万吨。为新疆油田2002年原油1000万吨,成为中国西部第一个千万吨大油田奠定了资源基础

    托木尔大峡谷位于新疆天山南坡中段的温宿县境内,具有丰富的野生观赏植物资源,开发利用潜力大。采用层次分析法,对当地131种野生植物的12个评价指标体系进行分析。评价结果表明:景观功能评价高的植物Ⅰ级(>3.2),共有14科16属18种;Ⅱ级(3.2~2.74),共有23科53属60种;Ⅲ级(2.74~2.23),共有14科29属41种;Ⅳ级(2.23~1.74),共有5科12属13种
