    本文首先介绍了超临界干燥的主要工艺以及这些工艺各自的优缺点,指出将二氧化碳应用于干燥行业具有很大的优势和应用前景。应用虹吸-蒸发-冷凝对二氧化碳进行循环的原理,设计并建造制了一套二氧化碳自循环设备并用于干燥(即无泵自循环干燥机)。研究了该设备干燥二氧化硅凝胶的效果。结果表明该设备可以达到很好的应用效果。This paper firstly introduced the main technology and their advantages and disadvantages of supercritical drying,indicating that using carbon dioxide in these areas is of potential advantages and application prospect.By using siphon action,evaporation,condensation,a self-circulation dry cleaner/ drier without using any pump was designed and constructed.Subcritical/supercritical drying was implemented for preparing silica aerogel.The results showed good performance of the machine.博士点专项基金资助项目(20100121110009

    二狼山白绒山羊α—Es同工酶的研究

    采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分离二狼山白绒山羊血清α—E_S同工酶,并对其进行理化特性分析。研究结果表明,二狼山白绒山羊α—E_S同工酶可分离出9条电泳区带,各区带的电泳迁移率基本一致而出现频率及相对百分含量则存在个体差异。理化测定分析显示,α—E_S同工酶在中性至微碱性环境条件下均能显现出清晰的谱带,作用PH区限较宽。各同工酶对温度的稳定性表现不同,其中E_S—1、E_S—2、E_S—3和E_S—9的热稳定性最高,而E_S—6和E_S—7则最差。在雄性个体中,E_S—9有1条亚带

    Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle method in reducing the rate of hemolysis in venous blood samples. Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to implement the standardized procedure of venous blood sampling, and the hemolysis rate of venous blood samples from inpatients and outpatients in the same period of 2020 and 2021 was compared and analyzed. Results The rates of hemolysis in venous blood specimen of hospitalized patients and outpatients after implementation of PDCA cycle (in 2021) were significantly lower than those before PDCA cycle (in 2020) , respectively(5. 40% vs. 2. 42%, P<0. 01; 7. 01%vs. 5. 09%, P<0. 01). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method is effective to reduce the rate of hemolysis in venous blood specimen. (目的 探讨运用PDCA循环降低静脉血标本溶血率的效果。方法 应用PDCA循环法实施标准化规范化的静脉采血操作流程, 对比分析2020年与2021年同期住院部静脉血标本和门诊静脉血标本的溶血率。结果 实施PDCA循环管理后, 2021年住院部静脉血标本和门诊静脉血标本溶血发生率分别为5. 40%和2. 42%, 较2020年的7. 01%和5. 09%降低, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 应用PDCA循环法能够降低静脉血标本溶血率, 优化静脉采血流程。

    采用kIng—rEITMAn氏方法测定了60只二狼山白绒山羊的血清谷一草转氨酶(SgOT)和谷一丙转氨酶(SgPT)、活性的正常值。研究了雌性绒山羊处于不同生理状况(空怀和妊娠)时两种酶的活力变化。结果发现,血清转氨酶活性与该机体合成代谢强度呈正相关.SgOT/SgPT比值可作为二狼山白绒山羊代谢强度的一个敏感参数在品种培育中加以应用
