    正> 近十多年来的研究表明,~(210)Pb作为沉积过程的年代学时钟,已成功地用于沿岸、湖泊沉积速率和沉积层年龄的测定.它的测年适用范围大约为100年左右,因此~(210)Pb方法是研究沿岸海域近百年的污染历史以及进行海洋地球化学研究的非常有用的工具.要进行~(210)Pb的地质年代学研究,首先必须把极微量的~(210)Pb从沉积物的复杂体系中分离出来,并进行纯化和测定.~(210)Pb不但要与大量的常量元素(如Fe)分离,而且要与其他放射性核素(如铀、钍系成员及人工放射性核素)进行分离,要达到一定的放化纯度
