    Debt Financing and Corporate Risk Taking: Evidence from Chinese Private Listed Firms

    半胱氨酸基硫醇配体分子侧链结构对其Ag(I)配位聚合物的影响

    设计合成了硫醇类配体N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酰基苯胺(L-1)、N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酰基苯酚酯(L-2)和N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酰基乙酯(L-3)。采用紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱、圆二色(CD)光谱、动态光散射(DLS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法研究了乙醇中L-1~L-3与Ag+配位后的光谱性质和形貌特征。结果表明,L-1和L-3与Ag+形成了配位聚合物,观察到与Ag(I)-Ag(I)相互作用相关的吸收和荧光光谱信号,但这两个体系的光谱并不相同;而L-2则与Ag+形成了配位寡聚物,对应的吸收和荧光光谱信号均较弱、峰波长较短。Ag(I)-L-1和Ag(I)-L-3配位聚合物体系中还观察到对应的吸收的CD信号,意味着手性氨基酸残基的分子手性已传递至超分子聚合物Ag(I)-Ag(I)相互作用相关的生色团上,这归因于配体侧链间的相互作用;而Ag(I)-L-2配位聚合物体系则无CD信号。据此推测,Ag(I)-L-1和Ag(I)-L-3配位聚合物中配体侧链间的作用可能是氢键作用,且二者的作用模式并不相同。国家自然科学基金(21820102006, 91856118, 21435003, 21521004

    环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴的制备及体外透皮实验

    背景:免疫性眼病如甲亢性突眼、葡萄膜炎等疾病严重危害患者的眼健康,是眼科的常见病和疑难病,目前最常见的治疗方法为口服激素和免疫抑制剂,疗效不佳、反复发作、预后差同时全身不良反应很大。此类疾病多有淋巴细胞直接或间接参与。尝试把免疫抑制剂制作成巴布膏眼贴,通过局部外用使药物进入体内,利用环孢素A微乳的淋巴靶向性能,使环孢素A作用在睑周淋巴结,从而达到治疗或控制睑周淋巴结参与反应的免疫性眼病。这种方法为局部外用,不用全身用药,针对性强,药物剂量小,如果治疗效果好,可以有效治疗免疫性眼病并规避原有药物全身应用及长期应用的不良反应。目的:制备环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴,研究环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴体外透皮吸收特性。方法:将环孢素A微乳与聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、明胶、桃胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙基纤维素等的水溶性高分子材料混合物以1 mg∶1 mL的比例充分混匀,涂布于无纺布上制备成巴布膏。Franz扩散池法测定该巴布膏在ICR小鼠腹部皮肤的通透性。高效液相色谱分析法检测环孢素A浓度,并进行皮肤刺激性和过敏性实验。结果与结论:实验成功制备了粘性适宜、透气透水性能良好、敷贴舒适、无皮肤刺激性和过敏反应的环孢素A微乳巴布膏,环孢素A含量为10 mg/片,质量浓度为1 g/L。环孢素A微乳透皮的浓度随着时间的增加而增加,具有较好的透皮效果。证实将环孢素A微乳制备成巴布膏眼贴是可行的。其在透皮性能、黏附能力、皮肤舒适方面表现良好。莆田学院校级课题(2014034);;莆田市科技局课题(2014S06(2))~

    油料安全事关国计民生,保障油料有效供给是我国必须坚守的国家粮食安全底线。站在全球视角,对2011/2012—2020/2021年度我国油料供需形势、生产形势及市场形势进行分析,明确我国油料产业在生产、加工、贸易等方面面临的挑战,并针对性地提出了统一科学谋划与增强政策扶持精准度相结合,强化科技支撑与耕地资源保护相结合,提高农户油料种植收益与增强自然灾害抵御能力相结合,坚持大宗油料品牌建设与特色油料资源开发相结合,稳定当前农业合作伙伴关系与扩宽油料进口来源相结合,实施差异化市场监管与引导居民科学消费相结合等发展对策,以期为促进油料生产、保障植物油有效供给、降低植物油对外依存度,维护国家粮油安全提供参考。 Oilseed security is related to national economy and people′s livelihood, and ensuring the effective supply of oilseeds is the bottom line of national food security that China must adhere to. From a global perspective, the supply and demand situation, production situation and market situation of oilseeds in China for the period of 2011/2012-2020/2021 were analyzed, further the challenges faced by China′s oilseed industry in terms of production, processing and trade were clarified, and six development countermeasures ,including the combination of unifying scientific planning and enhancing the accuracy of policy support, the combination of strengthening scientific and technological support and protecting arable land resources, the combination of improving farmers′ income from oilseed planting and enhancing natural disaster resistance, the combination of insisting on the brand building of bulk oilseed and developing characteristic oilseed resource, the combination of stabilizing the current agricultural industry cooperative partnership and expanding sources of oilseed imports, and the combination of implementing differentiated market supervision and guiding residents′ scientific consumption,were put forward, in order to provide a reference for promoting oilseed production, ensuring effective supply of vegetable oil, reducing external dependence of vegetable oil and maintaining national food and oil security

    对野生与养殖驼背鲈肌肉的营养成分进行比较。结果表明,养殖驼背鲈肌肉中的水分含量、干物质含量、粗蛋白含量、粗灰分含量等与野生驼背鲈相比没有明显区别(P>0.05),而养殖驼背鲈肌肉中粗脂肪含量高于野生驼背鲈(P0.05),while crude fat content was significantly higher than that of the wild C.altivelis(P<0.05).The UFA content in fatty acids and the FAA content of the farmed C.altivelis.were significantly lower than that of the wild C.altivelis(P<0.05),but the EAA content was significantly higher than that of the wild C.altivelis(P<0.05).So not only the nutritional composition content of the the farmed C.altivelis was the same as the wild,but also EAA content was higher than that of the wild C.altivelis form the nutritional point.Because of the crude fat content of the farmed C.altivelis were significantly higher than that of the wild C.altivelis,while the UFA contents in fatty acids and the FAA content of the farmed C.altivelis were significantly lower than that of the wild C.altivelis.So the mouthfeel in flavor and creasy of the farmed C.altivelis were slightly worse than the wild C.altivelis,what exercised a malign influence on flavor of the C.altivelis.海南大学青年基金(编号:qnjj1224); 海南大学教育教学研究课题立项项目(编号:hdjy1121); 海南大学2013年度研究生实践教学资助项目(编号:201310); 海南大学2013年研究生创新科研课题(编号:2013CXKT01

    一种提高超高分子量聚乙烯纤维表面粘接强度的方法,将UHMWPE纤维置于温度60~135℃的溶剂中溶胀5~60分钟,形成链结构相对疏松、不规整的溶胀层,然后在置于温度70~100℃、浓度0.01~5%相溶剂中处理1~30分钟,使相溶剂渗透扩散到溶胀层中,在高度结晶的内核外层形成异相共存的亚晶区域,从而形成过渡层,使得树脂对于过渡层表面有很好的浸润性,同时树脂中的反应基团或极性基团与过渡层中的官能团能有强相互作用。该方法在提高纤维表面粘结强度的同时又保持纤维的强度等性能基本不变,且工艺简单,操作方便,可连续工业化生产
