Cílem diplomové práce je rešerše legislativy, možnosti řešení a popis současného stavu stroje LINHAI Tornado 300. Zde provést návrh diferenciálu a skříně tuhé nápravy čtyřkolky s možným zachováním světlé výšky pod nápravou. Také zpracovat možnosti uzávěrky diferenciálu a to alespoň v ideové rovině. Dále zpracovat a navrhnout umístění brzdových systémů. K danému návrhu provést pevnostní výpočty a napěťové analýzy. Nakonec pro výsledné řešení zpracovat výkresovou dokumentaci.The aim of the diploma thesis is to study the legislation. The next aim is to solve and describe the current state of the LINHAI Tornado 300 machine. There is also goal to make a design of the differential and a rigid axle of the four-wheeler with respect to keeping of the altitude difference below the axle. There is also effort to find out possibilities of the differential lock at least in the idea manner. The other aim is to propose and process the location of the braking systems. Drug Addiction of the Young

This topic, I chose for the reason that it is steadily decreasing the children  age, at which the first experimentation with addictive substances occurs. The aim of this work was to determine the circumstances and the reasons that lead young people to attempt to drug use. The information obtained can be used in the development of preventive measures in youth drug problems. The first part describes a brief history of drugs, basic division, the causes and reasons for addiction. The empirical part contains the survey results, which are displayed in tables and graphs for easy visibility gauner.Bakalářská práce se zabývá drogovou závislostí mládeže. Toto téma jsem si vybral z důvodu stále se snižujícího věku dětí, při kterém dochází k prvnímu experimentování s návykovými látkami. Cílem práce bylo zjistit okolnosti a důvody, které vedou mládež k pokusům o užívání drog. Získané informace mohou být využity při tvorbě preventivních opatření v oblasti drogové problematiky mládeže. V první části práce je popsána stručná historie drog, základní dělení, příčiny a důvody závislosti. Design of Roller Machine Structural Modification

Import 03/08/2012Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukční úpravy zakružovacího stroje, která vede ke zvýšení tuhosti konstrukce rámu a optimalizuje stroj vzhledem k jeho stáří, odstranění závad a zajištění bezpečnosti práce při jeho ovládání. Cílem této práce je návrh zpevnění rámu stroje za účelem tuhosti stroje při skružování kuželů, a doplnit chybějící bezpečnostní prvky. Návrh je založen na několika hlavních silových výpočtech a kontrolních propočtech základních součástí zařízení. Zvolené technické řešení je z velké části řešeno zkušenostmi na samotném pracovišti. Pro tvorbu výkresové dokumentace bylo použito programu Inventor a jeho možností, včetně výpočtové části a metody MKP technologie ANSYS.This diploma thesis deals with the design of roller machine structural modification. The design leads to increase of the frame construction firmness and optimizes the machine considering its age. The design also results in removing defects and securing work safety while it is operated. The aim of this thesis is the design of machine frame stabilization for the purpose of firmness of the machine during cone rolling, and addition of missing safety elements. The design is based on number of the main static calculations and control calculations of the machine basic parts. The chosen technical solution results from its major part from workplace experiences. Comparison of the system and motivation methodology in supranational companies of the automotive industry

katedra: KPE;Human resources management, its motivation and the result of this activity bring competitive advantage to any individual company. This is getting more and more obvious in all spheres of business. I have chosen the topic of comparing motivation processes in supra-national companies from the automotive industry for my paper. The reason for this choice is the fact that I am working in this type of industry and also, it is possible to say that this field has first-rate, internally built-in control and locating mechanisms above all for human resources management. These mechanisms have a certain "structure" in their approaches but there are different internal methods in individual companies and they also have different results. My objective is to describe and compare motivation systems in three companies with different corporate cultures which are bound to the origin of funds. I am concentrating on companies with major foreign participation. I attempt to suggest the easiest or the most acceptable and also the most efficient way of motivation for a Czech employee in a foreign company with regard to management results and other indicators of success in a company. In the first part of my bachelor thesis there is a summary of theoretical methods of the overall area of human resources motivation, that is: management of working capacity and consecutive assessment of employees, or the area of education and personal development of employees, employees care and their reward. In the second part I am speaking about individual motivation systems in the specific companies with consecutive comparison of results and ways leading to these results.Řízení lidských zdrojů, jejich motivace a výsledek této činnosti přináší konkurenční výhodu každému jednomu podniku. Tento fakt se dere čím dál tím razantněji na povrch ve všech sférách podnikání. Pro svou práci jsem si zvolil téma porovnání motivačních procesů nadnárodních společností v automobilovém průmyslu. Důvodem mého výběru je fakt, že se v uvedené oblasti průmyslu pohybuji a dále, že tato oblast, lze říci, má kvalitní, interně zabudované kontrolní a ustavovací mechanismy zvláště pro oblast řízení lidských zdrojů. Tyto mají stanovenou určitou "kostru" v přístupu, avšak vlastní rozdílné postupy v rámci jednotlivých firem mají i odlišné výsledky. Mým záměrem je popsat a porovnat systémy motivace ve třech firmách s rozdílnou firemní kulturou vázanou na vlastní původ kapitálu. Soustředím se na firmy s majoritní zahraniční účastí. Snahou je vytipovat tu nejschůdnější či nejpřijatelnější a zároveň nejefektivnější cestu motivace pro českého zaměstnance v zahraniční firmě s ohledem na výsledky hospodaření a dalších ukazatelů úspěšnosti firmy. V první části mé bakalářské práce se nachází shrnutí teoretických postupů pro celkovou oblast motivace lidských zdrojů, tedy: řízení pracovních výkonů a následné hodnocení pracovníků, či oblast vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků, také péče o pracovníky a jejich odměňování. Import 23/07/2015Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh a konstrukce ručního kultivátoru půdy pro malé plochy zahrad a polí, který slouží na kultivaci půdy od jejího narušení až po možné přeorání. Tím lze nahradit a usnadnit práci s některými ručními nástroji jako je motyka, rýč, kypřič půdy, prořezávač mechu, sběrač listí a dalších. Práce je tedy zaměřena na přehled vyráběných ručních kultivátorů na trhu v České republice i v zahraničí, jejich vlastnosti a samotným konstrukčním návrhem ručního kultivátoru jako celku, který by měl být jednoduše navržen pro snadnou a levnou výrobu, a také by samozřejmě měl mít snadnou ovladatelnost.The aim of this thesis is the design and construction manual disking the soil surface for small gardens and fields, which are used to cultivate the land from its violation to be plowed. This can replace and easier to work with some hand tools such as hoe, spade, hoe soil, moss pruner, leaf collector, and others. Changes of the personnel politics in the companies with the reference to the global economic changes

katedra: KPE; rozsah: 75Global changes in the economic environment compel the companies which want to succeed even in an increasingly challenging, turbulently globalized market to make internal changes. These changes concern not only material, financial and information resources but primarily human resources. Without properly functioning human activities it would not be possible to make full use of the other resources. Perfectly mastered instruments of personnel policy contribute to reduction of costs and thereby to increase of competitiveness of every single company. Nowadays HR is faced with maintaining motivation in contrast with the reality of economic recession in some sectors. It is the content of this diploma thesis to compare HR actions recently implemented within a multinational automotive company. Different conception of the necessary actions is demonstrated by the choice of monitored subjects from the Czech Republic, USA and Germany. The aim of this thesis is to line up different types of possible actions applied towards personnel with regard to cultural and social influences of the parent countries of individual subjects. Obsahem této diplomové práce je porovnání právě provedených personalistických kroků v rámci jednoho nadnárodního holdingu v automobilovém průmyslu. Rozdílné pojetí potřebných opatření je deklarováno výběrem sledovaných subjektů - z České republiky, U.S.A. a Německa. Cílem této diplomové práce je podchytit různé typy možných aplikovaných opatření směrem k personálu, s ohledem na kulturně-sociální vlivy mateřských zemí jednotlivých subjektů.
