    Background: Indonesia is one of the countries with the most Muslim population in the world which annually sends its population to perform hajj. Because of the large number of people who want to carry out the Hajj, a long queue of Hajj is formed. In the end, many go on hajj when they are old. So that old age is the third largest with half of the overall population of pilgrims being women. Objectives: To determine the relationship between BMI and cardiorespiratory in postmenopausal female pilgrim candidates. Methods: . The method used is quantitative research with a cross sectional study approach. The data was obtained from the medical records of the pilgrims who carried out medical tests at the Colomadu and Kartasura District Health Centers. Results: The results of the Spearman rank correlation test show a correlation value of -0.630, which means it is strongly correlated and has a negative sign. The negative sign indicates the opposite relationship between body composition and cardiorespiratory fitness. Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is a strong relationship between body composition and cardiorespiratory in postmenopausal female pilgrims
