    This research aims to identify and analyze: 1) the quality of service to customers satisfaction. 2) price to customers satisfaction. 3) brand image on customers satisfaction. 4) quality of service to customers loyalty. 5) price to customers loyalty. 6) brand image to customers loyalty. 7) customers satisfaction to customers loyalty. The data of this research is the premier data which was obtained from the answers of 100 respondents with accidental sampling method. This research is using path analysis. The test result concluded that all variables instrument are valid and reliable as a data collecting tool. In thedata analysis shows that: 1) service quality has positive and significant effect on customers satisfaction. 2) price has the positive and significant impact on customers satisfaction. 3) brand image has positive and significant impact on customers satisfaction. 4) the quality of service has positive and significant effect on the customers loyalty. 5) price has positive and significant effect on customers loyalty. 6) brand image has positive and significant effect on customers loyalty. 7) customers satisfaction has positive and significant effect on the customers loyalty

    The purpose of this research is to know whether bank capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Asset (ROA) and Operational Cost in Operating Income (BOPO) to profit from sharia banking company. in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2017.The sample in this study is the Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017 healthy 13 banks. Data from this research is quantitative data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Methods of data analysis using panel data regression to test statistically hypothesized models, as well as for data from some of the same individuals over a period of time. The results of this study indicate that the variables CAR, ROA, BOPO simultaneously against the earnings background. While the persial ROA and BOPO showed significant to bank profit growth

    In this research with the title of “The Relation of work discipline, working environment and compensation for job satisfaction on performance at Health Polytechnic Bhakti Mulia of Sukoharjo” is to know and analyze: 1) Work dicipline on job satisfaction, 2) Working environment on job satisfaction , 3) Compensation on job satisfaction, 4) Work dicipline on performance, 5) Working environment on performance, 6) Compensation on performance, 7) Job satisfaction on performance. The data used was primary data taken with a list of questions given to employees of the Health Polytechnic Bhakti Mulia Sukoharjo, as many as 50 people. Analysis tool used that includes test the validity of using the technique of one-shot method with SPSS and reliability testing using the technique of Cronbach's alpha, testing the hypothesis include F-test, the coefficient of determination (R2), correlation analysis, the effect of direct, the effect of indirect and total effect. The test results showed all variables are valid and reliable. From the results of the analysis obtained the following that: 1) This is tested in the same time that work discipline variable, work environment, compensation and job satisfaction give influence to the work performance, 2) Effect of R2 Square of 0.687 or 69%, this means that performance, explained by the work discipline, working environment and compensation with job satisfaction as an intervening variable of 69%

    Analisis Keunggulan Kompetitif Produk Pewarna Alami Berdasarkan Strategi Harga Jual

    Indonesia saat ini sedang mengembangkan perekonomian kreatif menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang ketat. Industri kreatif dituntut untuk menunjukan keunggulan kompetitifnya dari segi kualitas maupun harga. Harga ditentukan dari informasi biaya yang digambarkan dalam harga pokok penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi harga jual produk pewarna alami dan menyusun strategi harga yang tepat. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya beberapa komponen biaya yang tidak diperhitungkan dalam harga pokok penjualan sehingga menyebabkan harga jual produk sekarang sebesar Rp 7.000,00/liter tidak dapat memenuhi 20% laba sesuai tujuan perusahaan. Dari hasil analisa harga pokok penjualan diperoleh harga jual yang tepat sebesar Rp 11.000-Rp 20.000/liter. Kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan harus didukung oleh strategi harga yang tepat. Strategi ini ditentukan dari proses produksi yang digunakan dan harga yang ditentukan. Strategi harga selalu berbeda-beda sesuai dengan tahap siklus produk. Pada studi kasus produk pewarna alami ini disusun strategi harga sebagai berikut. Pada tahap pengenalan produk menggunakan skim milk price strategy. Pada tahap pertumbuhan produk menggunakan strategy of product line prices, strategy of global product price, dan captive product price strategy. Pada tahap kematangan produk menggunakan proper defense strategy, geographic criteria pricing strategy, rebates-bonus strategy, dan survival strategy. Sedangkan pada tahap penurunan produk menggunakan price reduction strategy dan price increase strategy
