    The Influence Of Islamic Leadership Style, Motivation And Work Discipline On Employees Performance At Cahaya Insan Foundation Bali

    This aims of this research were to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership style, motivation, Work discipline on the employees's performance at Cahaya Insan Foundation Bali. In this study, the sampling techniques used were purposive techniques in which a total sample of 59 employees of the Cahaya Insan Foundation. The analysis of the model used is multiple regression to determine the influence of Islamic leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The results showed that the Islamic leadership style, motivation and work discipline were influenced simultaneously on the employee's performance. It is evidenced by the F-test with its significance value 0.000. Besides, the partially Islamic leadership style does not significantly influence the employee's performance, while motivation and work discipline partially affect the employee's performance. It is evidenced by the T-test if the Tcount is less than the Ttable then the hypothesis is acceptable

    This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of trust on purchasing decisions in e-commerce-based service companies; (2) the effect of security perceptions on purchasing decisions in e-commerce-based service companies; (3) purchase intention mediates the effect of trust on purchasing decisions in e-commerce-based service companies; and (4) purchase intention mediates the effect of perceived security on purchasing decisions in e-commerce-based service companies. This research method uses quantitative methods by testing blibli.com consumers in Yogyakarta. Sampling used purposive sampling technique with a total of 105 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; (2) the perception of security has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; (3) purchase intention is able to mediate the effect of trust in a positive and significant way on purchasing decisions; and (4) purchase intention is able to mediate the effect of perceived security positively and significantly on purchasing decision

This research is a quantitative research using a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R2 test.     Currently, various efforts are being made by the Indonesian government to deal with cases of marine environmental pollution due to plastic waste. To overcome these problems, company employees need a pro-environmental attitude. It is known that the better the intrinsic motivation of employees, the better their pro-environmental behavior. Apart from that, it is known that the existence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is considered to contribute to employees' pro-environmental attitudes. Based on this background, this research aims to: 1) analyze the influence of autonomous motivation on employee pro-environmental behavior. 2) Determine the influence of controlled motivation on employee pro-environmental behavior. 3) Understand GHRM on employee pro-environmental behavior. 4) Analyze the role of GHRM as a mediator in the influence of autonomous motivation on employee pro-environmental behavior. 5) Analyze the role of GHRM as a mediator in the influence of controlled motivation on employee pro-environmental behavior. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative. The population used was employees of CV Arya Utama Plasindo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses partial least squares (PLS). The results of this research include: 1) The better the autonomous motivation, the greater the pro-environmental behavior; 2) Whether autonomous motivation is good or bad does not affect GHRM; 3) Good or bad, controlled motivation is not pro-environmental behavior; 4) The better the controlled motivation, the higher the GHRM; 5) The better the GHRM, the greater the pro-environmental behavior; 6) The level of GHRM is not able to influence autonomous motivation so that it does not provide changes in pro-environmental behavior; 7) The better the GHRM, the better the controlled motivation so that it can increase pro-environmental behavior

    This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina EP Asset 1 Jambi Field – SPU Tempino. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Pertamina EP Asse 1 Field Jambi – SPU Tempino where samples were taken using the saturated sample method, with a total sample of 61 respondents.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and location on customer loyalty moderated by consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Batik Sekar Arum in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta and a sample of 130 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the promotion variable have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the location variable have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the product quality variable have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the promotion variable have no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the location variable have no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the consumer satisfaction variable have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The mediation results show that consumer satisfaction can mediate positively and significantly between product quality and customer loyalty as evidenced by the t-statistical value. The mediation results show that consumer satisfaction can mediate positively and significantly between promotions and customer loyalty.
