PENGEMBANGAN RENCANA STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK DAN RAISE STKIP HAMZANWADI SELONG

College of Teacher Training and Education (STKIP) Hamzanwadi Selong is one example of private higher educations in east part of Indonesia that has been long established, since 1972. There are 8.621 students currently enrolled in 11 provided study programs. STKIP Hamzanwadi is also supported by Information Systems (IS) and other Information Technology (IT) devices in accelerating the business process. The current information systems require new proper improvement concept for further development. Combination of Zachman Framework (ZF) and RAISE produces an Information System strategic plan that is focused and is in accordance with the management of higher education. At the beginning period of Information System Strategic Plan, it was required to find out root of problems within the organization by using SWOT analysis and establishing applications portfolio in order to determine IS/IT strategies. Based on results of analysis obtained, it is found out that ZF and RAISE mapping from Executive Perspective point of view shows as a general concept for the organization, but that mapping already proposes strategies, targets, and focused processes with 19 information systems. Among those, 14 of them are new information systems and 5 existing information systems that need to be modified and be updated in order to improve the utilization of those systems. The information system planning development will be conducted within time period of 3 years and 4 months (or 36 months) starting from September 2012-September 2015, with reference to the 2011-2015 Strategic Plan of STKIP Hamzanwadi Selong
