Pengaruh Kepribadian dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Dimoderasi Budaya Organisasi pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati
This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and motivation on theperformance of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta)Winong district Pati regency with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives ofthis study was to explain and to enlarge the previuos study about the influence of personalityand motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated.This study used a population of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior HighSchool (MTs Swasta) Winong District Pati Regency totally 102 teachers. Samplingtechniques in this study is sampling jenuh. This method used is regression with absolutedifference moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: personality has asignificant and positive influence on the teacher performance, motivation has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, organizational culture has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, but organizational culture do not moderatethe influence of personality and motivation on the teacher's performance

This study aimed to examine the effect of labor discipline and competence ofteachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regencywith the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effectof labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacher performance are moderated bythe role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extendprevious research on the effect of labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacherperformance are moderated working environment.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this research is proportional to thepurposive sampling method.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows labor disciplineeffect on the performance of teachers, teacher competence has no effect on theperformance of the teacher, the work environment affect the performance of teachers,working environment weaken labor discipline relation to the performance, and the workenvironment does not affect the relationship of teacher competence on performance

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and ProfessionalCompetence on the performance of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High School Patiregency moderated with organizational culture. The specific objectives of this study wasto examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and professional competence on theperformance of teachers who are moderated by the role of organizational culture. Theusefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of intrinsicmotivation and professional competence on the performance of teachers who moderatedthe organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High SchoolPati regency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with proporsional sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with difference quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, professional competence has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsicmotivation on teacher performance does not moderated by organizational culture, and theinfluence of professional competence on performance teachers does not moderated byorganizational culture
