    PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF TEORI DASAR MESIN BUBUT KONVENSIONAL BERBASIS SOFTWARE MACROMEDIA FLASH PROFESIONAL 8 DI SMK NEGERI 2 PENGASIH

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui proses dan hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif teori dasar mesin bubut konvensional berbasis software Macromedia Flash Profesional 8, (2) mengetahui kelayakan media tersebut. Metode pengembangan media ini terdiri dari enam tahap, yaitu: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner/ angket. Responden adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Permesinan, SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih. Proses dan hasil pembuatan media pembelajaran ini adalah sebagai berikut: tahapan proses pembuatan, yaitu: Studi Lapangan dan Literatur, Identifikasi Kebutuhan, Perumusan Tujuan, Perancangan Produk, Validasi Ahli Materi dan Media, Revisi 1, Uji Terbatas, Revisi II, Uji Luas, Revisi III. Hasilnya berupa media pembelajaran dengan 7 menu utama, yaitu: Pendahuluan, Komponen Bubut, Cara Membubut, Hitung Teknis, Tentang Kami, Latihan dan Bantuan. Media didokumentasikan dalam CD dengan file sebesar 230 MB dan dikemas dalam hard case yang bertuliskan: Nama Media, Pengguna,Isi Media dan Petunjuk Instalasi. Hasil penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran yaitu: aspek pembelajaran memperoleh skor 2787 rerata 3,51; aspek substansi materi memperoleh skor 3261 rerata 3,43; aspek tampilan memperoleh skor 2331 rerata 3,38; aspek pemrograman dan komunikasi visual memperoleh skor 761 rerata 3,59; aspek motivasi belajar memperoleh skor 384 rerata 3,62.     AbstrakTujuan - Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi guna menghasilkan konsep membangun daya saing destinasi pada obyek wisata di kota Semarang, agar masyarakat lebih banyak berkunjung ke obyek wisata di kota Semarang, sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat meningkat, lapangan pekerjaan semakin banyak dan pendapatan daerah meningkat. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan - Variabel yang diuji untuk membangun daya saing destinasi pada obyek wisata di kota Semarang adalah distinctive capabilities, kualitas informasi kepariwisataan, electric word of mouth, dan destination image diduga sebagai mediasi dalam membangun daya saing destinasi. Populasi adalah semua pengunjung obyek wisata di kota Semarang, sedangkan sampel ditentukan sebesar 150, responden ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Sampling. Alat analisis yang dipergunakan adalah Structural Equation Medelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi program Partial Least Square (PLS) yaitu smartPLS.3.0 Hasil Penelitian - Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa semua Hipotesis didukung. Distinctive Capabilities, Kualitas Informasi Kepariwisataan,  Electric Word of Mouth positif signifikan berpengaruh pada Destination Image obyek wisata di kota Semarang. Design/Methodology/Approach The variables tested to build destination competitiveness in tourism objects in the city of Semarang are Distinctive Capabilities, Quality of Tourism Information, Electric Word of Mouth, and Destination Image which are thought to be mediating in building Destination Competitiveness. The population is all visitors to tourist objects in the city of Semarang, while the sample is determined at 150, the respondents are determined using the Cluster Sampling technique. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Medelling (SEM) with the application program Partial Least Square (PLS), namely smartPLS. Finding - The results of hypothesis testing show that all Hypotheses are supported. Distinctive Capabilities, Quality of Tourism Information, Electric Word of Mouth have a significant positive effect on the Destination Image of tourism objects in the city of Semarang.     GAMMA SCANNING TECHNIQUE FOR INVESTIGATING DE-ETHANIZER COLUMN: ON FIELD EXPERIMENTAL AT NGL PLANT. De-ethanizer column is part of fractionators series at natural gas liquid (NGL) plant. During the production process, there are several common problems happen such as displaced or damaged trays, dry or flooding trays, unequal liquid level on trays, weeping or dumping trays, foaming on trays, etc. Therefore, investigation of column’s internal condition without interupting production process is needed to maintain the production level. Gamma scanning technique has been chosen to investigate 01-C-3401 de-ethanizer column. The column has two segments, the lower (ID: 1900 mm) and the upper (ID: 3200 mm) segments. Total column height (TL to TL) is 36710 mm. The scanning was conducted by positioning collimated gamma source (Co-60, 2.59 GBq) and detector (NaI(Tl)) flanking the column. The collimators move up in parallel by 50 mm and detector counted radiation that penetrated column for 3 seconds every scanning step. The scanning process were performed automatically using winch with AC motor, microcontroller module, computer with LabVIEW as graphical user interface (GUI). The results show mechanical structures of tray #1 - #38 were in good condition. There were no collapsed or flooded trays in the column.  The demister was in its position. Chimneys above tray #38 and tray #8 were observed exist. The liquid level during the scanning process were in normal liquid level (NLL) approaching to high liquid level (HLL).
