Deaminated gliadin peptides. The optimal approach to the diagnosis of celiac disease

In this study is investigate antibodies to tissue transglutaminase (tTG) and deamidated gliadin peptide (DGP) in 18 untreated, 45 treated celiac disease patients and in 50 nonceliac controls. Combinations ot two tests, including a OGP/tTG, might be able to diagnose CD accurately in different clinical scenarios making biopsy avoidable.Исследовались антитела к дезаминированным пептидам глиадина (ДПГ) и тканевой трансглутаминазе (тТГ) у пациентов в разных группах: впервые выявленная целиакия (18), больные целиакией, находящиеся на лечении (45) и пациенты без целиакии (50). Анализ результатов показал высокую диагностическую эффективность при совокупном использовании зтих тестов, комбинированная специфичность которых позволяет заменить проведение биопсии

The study of the guiding process for 10 keV electrons by planar Plexiglass surfaces
