calidad superior. The following work of title(degree) has as aim(lens) announce a reliable product capable
of transporting drinkable water, supportíng high temperatures and pressures, eliminating
filtrations like that. One wants to guarantee the quality of the design and execution of a
system of installation of Drinkable cold and warm Water, for interior facilities. This
product knows as pipeline of polipropileno copolimero random (pp-r).
The pp-r is a material that one finds in period of growth on the domestic market. Inside
his (her, your) applications in facilities of drinkable water, it is considered to be one of
the most attractive products due to his (her, your) condition of economic competitiveness
opposite to the copper, generating an increase in the consumption of this material
termoplástico.
There develops an analysis of design of the pipelines of pp-r and the comparative
economic one opposite to materials as(like) and charge commonly used in the project
execution for the conduction(driving) of f1uids, proposing the substitution for a material of
top quality
Book Review of Heather McCrea, Diseased Relations: Epidemic, Public Health, and State-Building in Yucatán, Mexico, 1847-1924
Diseased Relations is an impressive work succinct in its focus on the topic of public health history in the Mexican state of Yucatán. Adding to a growing body of scholarship on the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, this book offers a new lens through which to consider the mechanics of state formation. In this turn to the study of disease and public health, McCrea pulls in the unfolding story of science’s understanding of the origin and spread of diseases and reflects upon the dialogue between national officials and state or local officials in the Yucatán. By choosing to focus on specific disease campaigns, McCrea extends the common discussion of state formation and casts it into a light of intimacy and personal level as she explores the ways in which disease prevention touched and changed the lives of individuals. Instead of viewing ‘nation-building’ through abstractions, she adroitly pursues the palpable and deadly topic of disease and efforts to combat epidemics as a clear implementation of the long-arm of the state into the private lives of individuals
Entropy of entanglement between quantum phases of a three-level matter-radiation interaction model
We show that the entropy of entanglement is sensitive to the coherent quantum
phase transition between normal and super-radiant regions of a system of a
finite number of three-level atoms interacting in a dipolar approximation with
a one-mode electromagnetic field. The atoms are treated as semi-distinguishable
using different cooperation numbers and representations of SU(3), variables
which are relevant to the sensitivity of the entropy with the transition. The
results are computed for all three possible configurations ({\Xi}, {\Lambda}
and V ) of the three-level atoms.Comment: 17 pages, 13 figure
English Language Minority Students and Education Policy: A Focus on the Latinx Population
Our federal government allows states to pass and ratify new laws every year. Over the last thirty years, America has experienced a polarized fight over the expansion or reduction of government involvement. In terms of education policy, local districts and governments can play an essential role in the implementation, evaluation, and development of equitable educational opportunities. This paper examines federal and state level policies in the context of English Language Learners’ (EL) educational opportunities. In particular, I focus on Mt. Diablo High School, which is located in the Mount Diablo District. According to the California State Department of Education, the percentage of English Language Learners at this school is 33.5%. Out of this percentage, a majority of English Language Learner students at Mt. Diablo High School are Latinx (84.98%). These statistics help to demonstrate that state and district level policies lack inclusivity, student awareness on academic resources, accessibility to career center programs, and a lack of parent and teacher participation. Due to these shortcomings, these policies primarily feed into the undereducation and retention of EL students. By analyzing existing Student Site Council meetings and state-level data sets, I argue that there is a higher need for accountability and support relative to the number of EL students attending Mt. Diablo High School
