As the customer-focused management strategies gradually advances into all of the VISNs [Veterans Integrated Service Networks], the Veterans Health Administration in Palo Alto, California implemented a customer service training program for employees to meet the diverse and complex needs of its customers. This research will analyze whether participants in this training, known as Commitment to SERVE, believe that it is achieving its goal. In other words, does the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) staff perceive the Commitment to SERVE workshop as a beneficial customer service training program

Recursive estimation o dynamic models using cook's distance,with application to wind energy orecast

This article proposes an adaptive forgetting factor for the recursive estimation of time varying models.The proposed procedure is based on the Cook's distance of the new observation.It is proven that the proposed procedure encompasses the adaptive features of classic adaptive forgetting factors and,therefore,has a larger adaptability than its competitors.The proposed forgetting factor is applied to wind energy forecast,showing advantages with respect to alternative procedures

A flow-based approach to rough differential equations

These are lecture notes for a Master 2 course on rough differential equations driven by weak geometric Holder p-rough paths, for any p>2. They provide a short, self-contained and pedagogical account of the theory, with an emphasis on flows.
