    OPTIMUM WINDBREAK SPACING IN GREAT PLAINS AGRICULTURE

    Integer Programming determined an optimum windbreak pattern for corn and soybean production. Direct costs included windbreak establishment, annual maintenance, and removal. Crop yields were included as a linearized function.
